It is always a great stay at Fleming's Hotel Schwabing - it is so convenient to my daughter's flat - service is super, friendly and accommodating - it is great to have breakfast included in price of stay. The room was super clean and quiet - services outstanding.

Clean, friendly staff, and close to major metroPosted Dec 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room is a little small but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and perfectly accommodating. Hotel is located close to major metro station and surrounding area has a few places to go. Is also walking distance from English Garden.

very close to public transportationPosted Oct 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall it was a very good stay. We liked the warm welcoming. We appreciated breakfast service and the internet access in rooms. Tthe bathroom design is questionable. Not much to see around the hotel but it's easy to get to the city by close public transportation.

Good hotel if Schawbbing area is ok with you.Posted Sep 30, 2013
Location wise it's probably about a 5 minute walk from the u6 subway station. It's a quiet area where women are walking by themselves, so it's a good area. It's a about 10-15 minute walk away from restaurants to the south. I came during Oktoberfest and the rooms were quiet which was very nice. More of a business hotel. If you are doing a lot of tourist day trips leaving from the train station, you might like staying at hotels around that area. Most of the schawbbing restaurants seemed to be 1 subway stop to the south. The internet wifi is one of those where you have to sign in with a username and password on a webpage and my phone would keep losing connection, so it was a pain to keep logging in and out on that webpage. Maybe all hotel internet is like that, I don't know. Rooms were good, like in the pictures.

Nice short stayPosted Sep 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
We only spent the one night in the hotel but we were very happy with it. The room was clean and well furnished (looked exactly like the Flemings we stayed at in Vienna), staff were polite, breakfast service was excellent. I wish we didn't have to rush off.

Munich TimePosted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: Proximity to Metro station.
Cons: Food in restaurant!
This hotel was located in an odd part of town, however, it was only a 10 minute walk to the Metro station, which was very convenient. The room was small and the glass shower actually in the room was a bit odd. The Flemings restaurant on site was disappointing. The staff was nice, however.

Quality room at affordable ratePosted Aug 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
We arrived early after a long flight and were pleased to get an early check-in.The breakfast was superb and the staff friendly and helpful- no surprise up charges! Transportation to the old part of Munich is about 15 mins. from the hotel on public transit. By American standards the rooms are small but they are very quiet and beds excellent.
