Absolutely terrible attitude from the man on desk
Absolutely awful. From the lack of welcome to the attitude of the man on the front desk! Ask if we could have a fan as the rooms where to hot and was told he couldn’t take the sun out the sky! We have the hotel booked for two nights and didn’t even stay one we walked and booked somewhere else but still had to pay for the two nights. Even making us pay for a nights parking. We contacted hotels.com and the man on the desk was even nasty to them. We where grateful for the help from hotels.com with a voucher towards another hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The street it’s on also is terrible. Just the service from the staff member is shocking and put a downer on my time in Munich. Avoid!

Great base to explore Munich
This hotel is new and modern. It's in a great location right next to a U-bahn station and within walking distance of the train station and Karlsplatz. The breakfast had many options and was a good way to get fueled up for a day of exploring the city.

Staff woke us up 2 hours before check in time to tell us we had to check out at 11. There was no kettle in the took and the beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel was in quite a rough area

Room was 'tired' with marks on the walls and carpet. My room opened directly onto an uncarpeted stairwell, where the sound echoed making it noisy. Housekeeping opened and left open the room window every day - when it's -2 outside this means the room was very cold when I got back after a a long day. On the positive, the bed was comfy (although it would have been nice to have a duvet that fit the bed) and the bathroom clean. The hotel is a short walk to Theresienwiese U-bahn, or a 10 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof, so a good location.

To be a VIP hotel I was a little disappointed. The room was supposed to have an upgrade but it looked the same as the room I reserved, and to get the vip benefits offered by Expedia by email before my arrival I had to strongly complain with the staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the Hauptbahnhof

Great location. Pleasant service. Sub par bed.
Cannot beat the location if you’re going to Oktoberfest. Literally a 3 minute walk to the fairground. The shower is modern. Front desk was very pleasant. However, the bed was sub par. It was flimsy and worst than my college dormitory bed. I was unable to get any sleep. Tossed and turned to find the ideal position to sleep. Finally fell asleep at 5-6am in the morning and had to get up at 8am for city tours.

Good location
The walls to the hallway were VERY thin. You could hear every person walking down the hall, going to the elevator of just generally making noise. The ceilings have huge water stains on them. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had an odor noticable on the second night back. It smelled like old dirty feet. It was very convenient for Oktoberfest which was just a short walk around the corner.

Weekend in Munich.
A lovely time spent in Munich with my son. The Hotel was perfectly placed for us to walk to the centre. Friendly staff, clean room, helpful reception staff. I would recommend staying here.

Hotel in the middle of a city street which was a bit grubby and out of the way. Room quite small, shower door leaked and tiles needed replaced. Car parking garage had horrendous metal slopes which were very difficult to drive onto.

Nice clean hotel in good location
The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the hauptbanhof and less than 25 to the city centre. The local area is 'interesting' but we had no concerns day or night. Inside the hotel, the rooms were clean and staff were excellent at all times, breakfast was also very enjoyable at a reasonable price. Overall, I could not fault the hotel during a very enjoyable stay in Munich.

The hotel was fine. Clean and efficient which is all we needed for our two nights in Munich. The neighbourhood is interesting. The garage however is a bit of a challenge as It is small and it appears cars can be double stacked. On our second night we found street parking.

Read the details of this hotel before booking
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. This hotel does not have air conditioner (which is already mentioned) so we had to ask the front for a fan. It was very nice of them to offer us theirs but we had to take it and bring it back which isn’t quite usual at other hotels. The room was little small and had no fridge. The area is very quiet but is close to the square/market/central station/subway station. In the early morning, 8am, of the day we left, someone knocked very quietly at our door so we werent sure if it was ours. And as we were discussing someone just opened the door so I had to scream that we were there.. so for us - this place is 5.5/10.
