“Reasonable to stay”

The rate is good and people are all kind. The small problem is room key was not easy to open. The location is not close enough to city center but it is ok because of the easy access by bus and tram.

“Good for young people”

Haus International is exactly what it claims to be - a centre for "young people and those who remain young at heart". Convenience of hotel location and friendly staff (not all English speaking though).

“Nice, friendly hotel”

A very nice hotel. Great rooms, whilst not airconitioned, they supply a fan in each room. The breakfast was great, as was the view from the breakfast room. Centrally located, only 10 minutes walk from the main railway station.

“good for what you pay”

Haus International is a hostel at heart so expect a quasi-hotel experience. Quiet time at night begins at 10:00 but isn't enforced and having a group of high school aged students on your floor can be difficult at best. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The lunch and dinner are overpriced and the quality is marginal. The check-in staff have lots of information and are knowledgeable. The building has free Internet if you have your own computer. Overall, good for the money.

“Would use again, but want a different room location.”

Electronic door/key were a bit tricky, but once you got it, you remembered. Breakfast was bread, meat, cheese, cereal, hard boil eggs. Club downstairs was nice. We chose a shared facility room - there was only 1 shower for the women, men had at least 2. Our room was 2 levels above the front entrance and we could hear people outside partying/talking/drinking at all hours of the night. Had to keep the window closed in the warm summer evening to keep the room quiet for sleeping. This is definitly a place for the younger-want to party- type of guest.

“Noise in the night time but great location”

It is a HOSTEL so i didn't expected to find something very special. The breakfast was very good and plenty enough, the dinner can be served with 5euro. The single annoying thing was the noise in the night time - being full of drunk teenagers. On the other hand the neighborhood is great - you have a bus stop right in front of the Hostel - 112, 53 can take you to Hohenzollernplatz (the closest subway U-Bahn station)

“Safe, clean, large hostel.”

Stayed here for two nights in May. Staff not very friendly but still helpful. Nice to stay away from the city center and other hostel districts.

“Barracks”

This reminded me of when I dormed at college, comparable to military barracks. You'll probably get stuck in a double room. Two beds, two lockers with a key, a table, two chairs, and a sink. Bathroom is down the hall.
