1st class Hotel

Location: Situated across from one of the main stations and very close to excellent department stores.
A very comfortable top of the range Hotel. Central location and exceptional service given by all Personnel.

Service, location excellent

Pros: Staff, location, cleanliness--all excellent.
Cons: Room clean but small and inconvenient.
Location: Right near the pedestrian zone with its shopping, cathedrals, restaurants. Easy access to the public transportation system.
This is a five-star hotel, and its staff and service show that. Excellent service, cheerful and helpful staff. Location--just steps away from a U-Bahn (subway) stop--is also excellent. The lobby is large, filled with plush and comfortable sofas and chairs arranged in conversation groups-- the hotel seems aimed at businessmen, and they make up most of the clientele. There is a Michelin-rated restaurant on the premises, with sky-high prices and, no doubt, excellent food. No doubt also excellent is the expensive and not-included-in-the-price breakfast, which we did not experience. But for tourists like us, the room is more important than the lobby or the restaurant. The room--over $300 per night--while clean and attractive, ranked closer to three stars: too small, not enough room for the (one) luggage rack, or to open up suitcases except in traffic areas on the floor; bathroom with lighting inadequate for make-up, counters too small for all the little things you want at the sink; shower controls can't be reached from outside the tub, you have to stand under the shower to turn it on and off. resulting in a blast of cold water first thing.

I am however very sorry to read that our rooms weren’t up to your expectations. Being an older historic Hotel sometimes has its drawbacks in reference to room Size. In 2018 the Hotel will be rebuilt from the ground up and one of the biggest priorities will be larger rooms. Great restaurant, and a wonderful chef.

As soon as I entered the lobby, the doorman, and receptionist were very welcoming. The best part about this hotel, is the Michelin restaurant. It's very quiet, and you are close to everything (shops, restaurants, and museums). Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Munich.

駅や中心街に近く便利なHOTEL

Pros: ロケーション
Location: とにかくミュンヘン中心街すべて徒歩でまわれて便利。 観光もショッピングも食事も。
廊下・お部屋(スーペリア)などやや狭く感じましたが十分快適に過ごせます。 お部屋はとてもきれいしに清掃してくれてました。アメニティーはエトロです。 spa&Gymはちょっと狭くて利用しづらかったですが。 お部屋では、ネスプレッソ&ダルマイヤーのお茶で帰ってきてからくつろげました。 お水もゲロルシュタイナー常備でスッキリです。

Netter Empfang, fragwürdige Ästhetik

Pros: Zentrale Lage. Sehr, sehr freundlicher Service!
Cons: Store an der Südseite wären kein Luxus.
Location: Mitten im Zentrum vom München, am Stachus, Läden, Museen, Restaurants, Englischer Garten, alles bestens zu Fuss erreichbar.
Für Bahnreisende Ausflügler zu Fuss vom Bahnhof er-spazierbar. Sehr netter Empfang. Gebäude von aussen sehr, sehr hässlich, Inneneinrichtung ansprechend. Bett mit sehr losen Federn. Zimmer blitzsauber und mit vielen liebevollen Details. Leider, wie in vielen sogar hochklassigen Hotels, Temperatur nur gegen unten regulierbar, bekamen aber Heizkörper innert 5 Minuten! Leider keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge und Morgensonne, so dass grelle Sonne ab 6 Uhr im Mai. Hingegen exzellente Schallisolation am grössten Verkehrsknotenpunkt der Innenstadt. Alles in allem nettes Hotel, aber nicht sehr charmant.

Nicht das was wir erwartet hatten...

Sehr kleines zimmer für "de luxe" und den preis. Erstes zimmer völlig überhitzt, heizung konnte nicht ausgestellt werden. Umzug in ein anderes zimmer, das sich als raucherzimmer herausstellte. Extrem freundliches personal, sehr gutes frühstück.
