Nice, small hotelPosted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Clean. Friendly staff. Included breakfast.
Cons: The description lists a lift, but the second building doesn't have one. This was an issue as I was traveling with someone with a disability.
The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The entire place was clean. The garden would have been a very nice place to have coffee if I were there during warmer months.

The hotel will be better when the building is donePosted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: Breakfast was acceptable. Staff tried to be helpful.
Cons: Don't accept a room in the annex.
Location: Walk back to the station and continue on to the town. Lots to do in town. Don't miss the English Garden or the new Modern Art Museum.
First room had no heating, not shelves or hooks in the bathroom, no elevator to the first floor room, scaffolding outside the window, no working telephone, no carpeting anywhere, internet did not work. Moved to second room which was much better but no room for two suitcases. It is further away from the entrance to the station than it appeared on the map.

Far too expensive for this type of hotel.Posted Oct 11, 2013
Cons: Needs to be far cheaper. Get an ironing board.
I booked this hotel at relatively short notice (1 week) during a very busy period in Munich. It was very close to the location of an important business meeting which started early in the morning so I booked it despite the £277 cost (the alternative would have been to stay near the airport). The hotel and the room would both have been adequate if the room had cost say £140, but were way below what should be provided for twice that amount. For example, the hotel did not serve food other than breakfast - so essentially it should be marketed as a bed and breakfast. I asked for an iron and an ironing board. The response was "here is the iron, there is no board". Why is there no board I enquired? "We don't have one. You can use your desk".

Good hotel for a 3 stars hotelPosted Aug 15, 2013
Pros: very modern, very clean, great breakfast
Cons: airconditions needed and sound proof for the rooms specially on the street, and fix the hot water problem.
Location: about 10 minutes walk to the centeral station where you can find any thing, only a small grocery near if you want to buy something
Rooms was very modern, very clean, the breakfast was great, about 10 minutes walk to centeral station, but rooms are too small, I have booked a double room and I stayed there alone, it was too small I could hardly move in the room or find a place for my baggages, the same about the bathroom, taking a shower was a tragedy in the too small shower box, I could hardly move inside, also there is a problem in the hot water streaming, you can never get what you want, too hot or too cold no matter what you tried, receiption staff always busy they can hardly listen to you, an important notice : there is no condition so if you sweat easily like me, then this is a very big problem even if you open the window, try to get a room on the back yard cause my room on the main street was very noisy and I couldn't get good sleep at night, bed is comfortable but pillows are not, they are too soft, don't depend on the internet service there cause it's always slow and disconnecing, it's about 2 minutes walk to public transportation like tram 18 & 19 which will take you to the centeral station, by the way, people at the restaurant are very hard workers, they are very helpful.

Not BadPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
I probably wouldn't stay here again the heart of summer just because the lack of air condition is rough. However, its close to the train/bus stations, 5-7 minute taxi ride to main areas of interest. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Great lounging area.

Hotel close to central train station.Posted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: Enough room to accommodate four.
Cons: Hangers for bath towels, better control of water temperature when taking a shower, and better ventilation (no air conditioning).
Location: Easy access to U-Bahn (1 1/2 block). Close to Munich Centrum. Children had a playground and ToysRUs directly accross the street. Breakfast provided.
We were two adults and two children on the trip and were able to walk from the train station to the hotel with all of our luggage. With only one U-Bahn were able to get to the Munich Centrum. Good food was nearby as well.

Nice little hotel -- needs AIR CONDITIONINGPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Clean hotel, good internet, nice breakfast, reasonable cost. Nicely renovated and friendly staff. Location was okay -- 5 min walk to subway which you need to go anywhere touristy. This hotel HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING, they provided us a fan, but that was pretty useless. I would book again, but NOT if I were coming here in summer.
