Great hotel, centrally locatedPosted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: Locate, helpful staff, comfortable and breakfast
Cons: Internet dropped out a bit.
Location: A 5-10 mins walk and your in the older part of the city , just beautiful. A 5 min walk takes you to the Munich central train station.
We found hotel and staff wonderful. The hotel was centrally located to city(easy walk) and even easier walk to the central train station of Munich. As in previous comment there are some shop fronts in the area (not many) that could make people uncomfortable, but we as a family of 6 did not feel unsafe, and would stay again. Breakfast was amazing.

Walking distance to OktoberfestPosted Sep 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is easy to find & close to a 24 hour parking garage as they don't have onsite parking. It is within an easy walking distance to the Theresienwiese, site of Munich's Oktoberfest & the pedestrian shopping street. Our room was moderate but noisy as it was facing the street.The bathroom needed some serious maintenance, it needed re grouting & the rubber seals around the shower door were peeling off. Breakfast was ok.

clean, comfortable & good breakfastPosted Sep 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel staff was very friendly upon our arrival as we go checked in. They even let us check-in early and put our luggage in the room, even before the cleaning staff was finished. Worked great for us as we didn't have a vehicle. The hotel itself was clean and had the biggest 'joint' bed we'd slept in our entire stay in Europe. We had gotten used to two single beds, making it look like a queen. The breakfast in the morning offered a good selection of baked goods, fruits, as well as hot items like sausage, eggs and pancakes. Best part was, they changed the meat selection on our second morning, so we got to try something else. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was a five minute walk to the train and a 10 minute walk to the Oktoberfest grounds

Munich stayPosted Sep 6, 2013
We came into Munich in the late afternoon and we wanted a place near the train station to leave the following day. This fit the bill fine. A very nice place that was quiet and a great breakfast.

Hotel Prasident===Munich,GernanyPosted Jul 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
The managers at the front desk were extremely helpful and congenial. They made our stay pleasant and profitable. The hotel, due to its location near the train station, is not in a good neighborhood but the room was OK.

Terrible location and avoid at all costsPosted Jul 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was terrible, in the red light district, no air conditioning. You had to close the windows or else we were awake all night listening to street traffic, bar fights, girls yelling at prople and what we believe was the occasional gun fire. Ambulances throughout the night.......

Good location, helpful reception staff. Lots of places to eat nearby and not far from train station. Room simple but served its purpose, breakfast was great, heaps of variety and friendly staff. Chocolate on bed each day too!
