Great location and good breakfast
Nice place, good breakfast. Beds are a bit hard for American standards, but that is normal in Germany. Pillows are too soft as well. If you like sleeping on hard beds, then this is probably comfortable for you. Overall had a great time here, good location.

JAMS Music Hotel was recommended by friends who live in the area. We enjoyed the hotel's cool vibe and decor. The hotel has cool Rock royalty decor throughout the hotel. I wish they put more Rock decor in the rooms. The shower was great pressure, however you have to add a lot of towels on the floor to contain the water that comes from the shower - but we managed. The bar area seemed to be happening and very popular. The breakfast was plentiful and great with fresh bread, meat/cheese options, baked goods, eggs and Capuccinos. The staff was very friendly. the area is very convenient to walk to the metro tram and walk to many restaurants in the area.

Jams excellent! Location is perfect to get around easily. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable! Nice boutique hotel located in a very quiet safe neighborhood!

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many. It was very clean, very unique and cute! and many personalized touches. The bed was SO comfortable and massive for Europe, there was even blackout curtains. Breakfast was very good with fabulous service, and a free minibar?!?! I have never had so many perks from one room before. It was a really nice touch that you could take records up to your room and play them on the record so player and there was even 2 bluetooth speakers! The shower and staff were amazing too. Seriously, I could not say enough good things about this hotel. A great value. And although its not right in the city, it is a very easy and quick train ride away. I would stay here 100 times over! Definitely recommend.

Staff was responsive. Definitely a boutique type hotel. Read up - if you want a resort style hotel then this place is not for you. If you want to have a music vibe stay with an open minibar, vinyl records at your disposal then this is your place. Highly recommend junior suite!

Funky & eclectic Boutique spot
Cracking location at only 20 minute walk to Marienplatz. funky and super vibe. Great staff and super value. Love the idea of the free minibar in your room - soft drinks, water and beer is a nice touch. Breakfast is just enough and also included. Lovely comfy beds. Standard Rooms are on the small side but great for a week or less. Perfect for my three night stay.

Perfect! I only missed a coffee/tea option at the bedroom. Employees very friendly and seem happy to work there Free Minibar which is a great welcome Breakfast, few but great options and homemade cake, juice and jam

Beautiful Hotel in Great Location
Incredible hotel with great staff, awesome rooms, very clean and safe in great location. Great breakfast. Only issue was air conditioning. Had to sleep above covers b/c it was over 80 degrees in room. Asked for help several times and was told temp was not controlled in rooms but was controlled for entire building so couldn't be remedied.

Great hotel, great staff, great location.
Great hotel. I came over for a conference and my wife came over as well to make a weekend of it and we booked JAMS because of its location and it looked a bit different. Really happy we did, the staff were excellent, the hotel room was great, loved the record player in it. In particular the bar manager was great fun, a real character. We also borrowed the complimentary bikes and took them for a ride around the English Gardens and then back through town, which was a particular highlight.

Great location, feel and stay. The people were nice and the bed was super comfortable. Didn't try the restaurant but the beer selection was tasty and menus looked good. Highly recommended.

great hotel in Munich
Very nice hotel. Good location and very convenient public transport links and walking distance to most parts. Room was comfortable and a very good shower. Great little extras of mini bar, some vinyl to listen to and the bikes available at reception. Will stay again!

The hotel is very well connected to get to and from the airport and a quick 20 minute walk to centre of Munich. I had an issue with the bathroom as the showerdoor would not open and I spent 2 hours trying to get out, there was no alarm button installed in the shower nor in the bathroom, no one heard me call. If I had had a heart attack I would be dead by now. The receptionist was amazed and confused, but no apologies or anything.

Furthermore, we offered a change of room, but this was declined. Of course, we will have the showerdoor checked by the manufacturer immediately and apologize again for this inconvenience.

Nice unexpected night in Munich.
We booked this hotel last minute as our flight home was cancelled. The check in process was simple, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of complimentary drinks on offer and the theme of the hotel was a nice touch, even though all we really wanted to do at that point was sleep. Our only issue was that the room was a bit too warm and we couldn't work out how to adjust the heating. We ended up opening the window but it was less than ideal given the wind outside. The room has a separate toilet, but the shower is just in the middle of the room. It wasn't an issue for us as a couple but might be a problem for people who would rather not watch each other shower.

Amazing
This was for a business trip and myself as an employee stayed here for Expo Real conference. I am personaly quite picky when it comes to hotels, and i can comfortably say this was one of the best hotels i have stayed with. Service and staff on reception is 10 out of 10, amazing. Location is great and 5 minute walk from metro and 15 minute walk from munich city centre. Hotel is clean and rooms are immaculate. So quirky, with a vinyle record player in every room, free mini bar as well!

Jams Music Hotel is a Gem
Excellent location, walking distance to museums, shopping, parks, and more. Staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant food - breakfast and dinner were delicious, great presentation, great waiters.

Lovely staff and very nicely designed rooms. Bed was huge! I would have liked air con or a fan, as the room got quite warm (it was June), even with the windows open. This would be my only suggestion for improvement :)
