Claus Ruf is supported by our restaurant manager Antje Genßler. The two of them search for wines, juices and spirits and discover new aromas and combinations, preferably incorporating winegrowers and producers into their search. The result of their work has earned our restaurant regular accolades in the independent trade press over the last few years.

The result is sophisticated but always accessible cuisine based on regional products of the season, conjured onto the plate with Mediterranean effortless. Since 2006, our restaurant has been working in accordance with the guidelines of the Slow Food movement.
