Bed was amazing, so we're pillows and slept really well. Breakfast was really good, and staff super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the black out blinds for the room didn't seem to work and stuck up, and the elevator was on the the blink, but we were only on the first floor so was fine.

Complementary water bottles
No mention that water bottles in fridge is complementary-when called receptionist about this, he only mentioned that I could get it from bar or that he can bring to my room for EUR5/-. Only upon checkout that I was told water bottles in fridge are complementary— so perhaps it is good to have indicated somewhere that these are complementary. Thank you.

I wouldn't recommend it
A ripoff as we ordered a premium guestroom but they only gave us a regular guestroom. I didn't realize it until we left since I had so many bookings during our trip in Germany. What's more, its location isn't convenient at all if you're traveling for leisure.

Conference hotel but a real bargain.
The hotel is in the messe or ' trade fare ' district of Munich. Quite a lot of offices. The S bahn is 10 minute walk and the 15 minute direct line to marine platz. I'd driven from UK so arrived at 9am normally an extra charge but waived if I joined the loyalty program. large Room was clean, comfortable, fridge was a blessing. Toilet is seperstate but everything else is open plan so shower is effectively in the bedroom. Supermarket complex is a 5 minute walk with bakery that does breakfast. Parking expensive but free on street and safe area.

Wi-Fi in the hotel is SUPER SLOW, I couldn't even load testing page to get the measurements. Additionally only one device is allowed and limited to 500 MB. This is not a way forward to have pro-customer approach. I'd suggest the hotel to rather invest in better internet connectivity than limiting people and charging additional money for data, especially for business travels. Overall, the design of the hotel seems very cheap: light imitation of wood with light green seems to be rather strange. The room is no good for two people, as showering stall is completely TRANSPARENT and sits in the middle of the room. Water temperature in shower is UNSTABLE. On the other hand, sauna is great and very limited fitness center is opened for 24 hours.

Just an extraordinary accomodation
Think about a hotel in a kind of business park area, but with close connection to the city. The hotel is just nice: friendly staff, with quiet and spacious rooms, sufficient parking, hand-made delicious breakfast - and I even had a nice treat: a transparent shower cubicle, so you can enjoy a relaxed view on your loved-one :-) Unfortunately, it is not that easy to get a room at low rates, but if there is a chance then take it!

Very difficult to find
This hotel is only accessible by car from an underground parking lot in a mall that only has a sign saying they are there as you enter the mall parking lot. We drove around the immediate area with google maps saying we were there for half an hour and the hotel staff were not helpful on the phone, because they didn't seem to know landmarks that were within 2 blocks of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for couple of hours before we go to the airport it takes about 30 min to the airport . The hotel looks new and it has many rooms and cheap rates, but I think they don't have many staff because the bed has a bad smell like it wasn't cleaned since one week

Clean, efficient business hotel in Munich suburb
suburb of munich where we ate at the hotel restaurant (bit pricey, but good with nice courtyard). can walk to S-bahn to access central Munich. Rooms are small, but nice shower with toilettries. Staff English speaking w/ outstanding attitudes.

The hotel is great for a business trip. Staff generally fine - but the woman on checkout was pretty rude and then over charged me. I had asked her to give me the receipt before payment which is normal. I don't think they are trained too well as she didnt and then seemed not even to apologise for the error.

Terrible experience! In 20 days of vacation in Europe, this was the worst hotel that we stayed. 1- For the first time in my life I stayed at a hotel that you have wifi LIMITED of 100Mb for only ONE device, per day!!!! Awful! Ridiculous! We needed to buy extra internet per 1 euro per hour. 2- If you need free parking, forget! It will cost you 14 euros per day! 3- Breakfast? 22 euros per person 4- The bed is not good, as well as the pillows. Terrible! 5- A crazy guy started kick doors and yelling at the hall at 1am!!! Four main points underpinned my dissatisfaction in the hotel: 1) Overall quality of the hotel (rooms, walls, furniture etc) was poor - it seemed run-down in a way that the pictures on the website did not reflect. 2) For the first two days of my four night stay the wifi did not work, and I was offered no consideration by staff and no sense of when/how it would be fixed. 3) The food was mediocre, and only available six days a week. I arrived on a Sunday and was informed that there was no food available in or near the hotel (not even a vending machine). I had to walk a half hour to a Bavarian restaurant that happened to be open. 4) Their 'fitness centre' is ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING, and consists of a 20 year old elliptical machine and three broken (all three) stationary bikes in a 90 square foot room. Embarrassing to the point they their assertion that they have a fitness studio might constitute fraud. Frankly, if you are going to a conference at the International Conference Centre in Munich (as I was), I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel. Good alternatives are the Novotel, which is a 5 minute walk from the ICC, or staying at any hotel downtown near the metro line.
