It was a conveniently placed hotel for all transport modes and in walking distance to the Christmas Markets.
The staff were welcoming especially the reception man Mr Winkler, he gave lots of advice and helped with several queries we had about travelling and best rail tickets to purchase.
Our room was clean and tidy on arrival and throughout our stay. It was a reasonable sized room for a hotel room in a major city.
The only two downsides which were minor, were, 1) I felt the breakfast buffet could have had bacon and sausages. It was more of a continental type breakfast. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Having said this I would have the breakfast again. 2) The rooms should have tea and coffee makers inside the room, however complementary tea and coffee was available in the lobby area.
Overall a great stay and I would stay at this Kings Hotel again.
