The hotel was overall very nice and clean. However, the one downfall is it being a bit dated. The power outlets provided poor amount of power and the water system was old fashioned. The location is excellent and quiet, with a U station just around the corner and a nice grocery store nearby.

Excellent staff! Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was incredible. The room was very clean, the beds comfy and the shower warm. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Staff were friendly though there was little problem of our checkin (the room door cannot be opened with the e-keycard). They were very helpful and we finally got in and settled. The room is tiny but room equipment is quite complete, it even have mini kitchen. The location is far from the down town but still close to U-Bahn station. It is high price-value compare to other hotel we stayed in our Europe trip this time

Great location, good hotel
The hotel was in a great location , subway station just 100 m away. The rooms were clean . Our trip was a group of 4 couples and they gave us two single beds which was not fun. Also the pillows were really not comfortable. It's a 4 star hotel they can invest in nicer towels too. But overall the hotel was good enough, quiet and clean.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Super close to the U (2 minutes walk) for easy transport throughout the city. Close enough to walk to Oktoberfest at the wiesn as well! Room was on the smaller side, but had all the amenities we needed. Staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Would stay here again.

Nice place away from old town
Room was a bit small, but was clean. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Location was a bit south of the major tourist areas/old town. But was a short walk to the subway!

Just all neat and a good breakfast and friendly staff Only downside was we didn’t get as big a room as I thought we’d paid for - expected a sofa area but didn’t have one, just a desk.

We loved the room - it had a balcony, tiny kitchenette area, and a separate bedroom area, and with the windows closed you couldn’t hear anything in the hotel. The ONLY downside is that we were there during a super hot heatwave and the room had no a/c. Leaving the windows open allowed for a wonderful breeze all night, but the city noise was quite loud and it didn’t help the heat during the day.

Great hotel but no A/C
Friendly staff and very clean. There was no air conditioner while weather is hot, you can not open the windows as the hotel is located by a very busy noisy road. There must be a Hospital close by as ambulances keep you awake Day and nights. I guess in the future I do not go to this hotel during hot Summer. Otherwise, it’s a great deal for being close to station and price.

Great service let down by no aircon & car noise.
Overall the room was in very good condition as well as the bathroom and both were a reasonable size for the type of room (basic "comfort"). Home Comforts were provided in plenty such as a sewing kit, shoehorn, kettle, tea and coffee sachets, sweets on the bed, vanity kit, chocolates and apples available at the reception desk. However, 1 major negative for us was the fact that the shower cubicle leaked very heavily even when shut properly due to the considerable gap between the wall and the glass door at the hinge. This resulted in water going all over the floor of the bathroom, the hall and even slightly into the corridor under the main door which we had to mop up with our own towels. It's also worth noting that whilst the bed was comfortable, the pillows of a very decent quality, there was no air conditioning. The hotel provided a tower fan which we positioned in the open doorway to outside, but this resulted in considerable traffic noise from below; even though we were high up on the fourth floor.

Munich hotel
We chose this hotel because it was close to where our daughter lives so it was ideal. If you were just visiting Munich it is a bit out of the centre but close to a U-Bahn station so very easy to travel. It is also just a 10 minute walk to the zoo. We were given 2 single beds that were a bit hard. Top tip - ask for a room facing the back of the hotel as the main road at the front is very busy. The hotel restaurant is good but a bit on the pricey side

I stayed here in a twin room with my son whilst visiting family. Location wise, the hotel is easy to find, close to the U Bahn and only 10 mins or so into Marien Platz. The room was clean, tidy and well maintained. The shower was lovely. There is a nice park a short walk away and shopes / places to eat near by. The staff were always polite and helpful. Could not fault them. I would stay here again if the price was within my budget.

Central location great service
The hotel is centrally located to the trains. Many places to eat close by. The staff was always friendly and courtious. The room was always clean. I would highly recommend anyone going to Munich to stay here.

Perfectly located for Oktoberfest visitors
The Oktoberfest grounds were less than 2km away. To walk was maybe 20 min thru a lovely residential area. Subway entrance was half a block away so also very convenient. The hotel was very modern and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel!
Hotel was lovely although we didn't make good use of all of the facilities including the lovely rooftop terrace. U bahn station is practically outside the hotel door with links to city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel, very close to U-Bahn
This is our second stay at this hotel (we stayed for 5 nights the previous August). We found the front desk staff to be very accommodating and all the hotel staff to be friendly. The location is just outside of the touristy areas but, with the U-Bahn stop about 100 meters away, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center. We never had a problem with excessive noise. Overall, we had pleasant stays at this hotel

Not a great hotel, very dated and understaffed. Room had a weird smell, stayed in summer and no air/ventilation. 'We can't control the weather'...but for €199 per night they could at least provide a fan. I looked at the breakfast and skipped it. Local area pretty boring. Would skip and stay elsewhere

modern hotel close to the subway.
We were pleased with our spacious room with a kitchenette although we wished it had included a refrigerator. The subway entrance is only half a block from the entrance. Tanglemann supermarket is just a two-minute walk, and St. Korbinian Catholic Church just a few blocks away.
