Decent Overnight Stay

Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Location: Nothing really near by but there is a bus stop across the street that will take you to the S-bahn which you can take to the city.
The room was nice, the staff was very helpful. My only complaint was the wifi didn't work most of the time.

Gut, wenn man am Flughafen übernachten muß

Pros: Unser Zimmer hatte einen sehr komfortables Bad mit Vorraum zum Umkleiden - sehr schön. Die Möglichkeit, sich auf dem Zimmer einen Tee zu machen.
Cons: Kleines Frühstück für Frühaufsteher wäre super!
Location: Gut für Geschäftsreisende und für Übernachtung, wenn man früh fliegt.
Wir wollten unseren Urlaub entspannt starten und haben uns deshalb für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen entschieden, zumal die Option das Auto dort stehen zu lassen, doch ein super Angebot ist. Wir haben dann kurzfristig beschlossen, dass wir doch lieber S-Bahn fahren und wurden dann überrascht: Im Hotel wurden uns zwar dafür, dass wir nicht parken 11 EUR abgezogen, dafür dass wir dann aber den Shuttle benutzen wurden uns für 2 Personen 32 EUR oben drauf gerechnet. Hätten wir geahnt, dass es mit der S-Bahn teuerer wird, hätten wir sicher das Auto dort geparkt. Beim Zimmer hatten wir ein upgrade und waren absolut zufrieden. Schade, dass lediglich ein Frühstücksbuffet angeboten wird. Wenn man früh aus dem Haus muß, wäre man mit einer Tasse Kaffee und einer Kleinigkeit absolut glücklich, aber dafür wollten wir nicht den Buffet-Preis ausgeben. Wir haben am Flughafen gefrühstückt.

Difficult staff in the middle of nowhere

Cons: Everything.
Location: The only thing you can do at this location is to get lost in the dark.
The hotel has a shuttle van from the airport ($$), but when we phoned about getting to the hotel, the staff told us to take the S-Bahn and a suburban bus from the airport! Unless you have no luggage, this was an awful experience and you will be injured in the process. It will also add an hour to your journey. The room we reserved turned out to be just off the bar; for a quieter room--surprise--$$ for an upgrade. The ventilation system did not work in the room, even after we deciphered the obscure instructions. The restaurant service was about most inattentive we have ever experienced; you will have to beg at every step along the way: for menus, for ordering, for the bill, even if you are the only patrons. The hotel quite far from the airport, contra the ads, and quite close to the surburban train line (audible).

We apologize very much for all inconveniences you suffered during your recent stay with us. Due to our shuttle bus break we have no direct transfer service between 11.30am and 3.30pm. During these times we recommend to take a taxi to the hotel which will be available for an approximate charge of EUR 20.00. We have forwarded your feedback already to our Front Office Manager to train our staff again as they will be able to give the best recommendations. Your comment regarding the ventilation system was already forwarded to our technical and housekeeping department to review the instructions mentioned in the room. Your impressions during your dinner in the restaurant will be discussed and trained with our restaurant manager. Please be aware that it is not our standard that guests have to ask for the services. In addition your feedback will be discussed in our monthly quality circle to avoid such shortcomings in the future. Pros: Freundlichkeit
Cons: Shuttle Service sollte bei so einem Hotel gratis sein.
Location: Flughafennaehe Muenchen
Fuer einen Kurzaufentalt zu empfehlen. Es gibt sogar ein Dampfbad. Sehr angenehm. Zimmer auf 1. Etage roch muffig. 2. Etage angenehm.

Pros: The dining area was very relaxing. The food was amazing.
Location: If we use this hotel again, I will consider getting off the S8 at Halbergmoos, and taking the bus to the hotel.
It was a lovely experience. The ambiance is nice for the business or vacationing traveler. There is a tub in the bathroom, for those who enjoy soaking. The restaurant is top notch.

Convenient to airport.

Hotel and grounds very nice. Rooms clean and spacious but a little sparse. Restaurant was attractive, and our dinner was good. Booked this hotel because it was close to airport for early morning flight and rate offered included free shuttle. They need to offer free WIFI in the public areas at least.

街には不便も空港には便利ですね

ミュンヘン空港に深夜着で2泊からの早朝出発だったので空港近くをと思いここを取りました。 設備は安心できる内容でした。 バスタブもあり、対応も親切。 朝食が別料金で高く感じビュッフェなどの3段階の設定も英語がわからない自分には分かり難かったです。 朝には霧が凄かったので幻想的、はたまた周囲が見えずに立ち往生。 市街地や観光には向かない場所かと思います。 空港までの往復バスは8ユーロ(一人)かかります。無料だと嬉しいですが。 ホテルとしても治安も安心出来、ドイツらしい街中にあるので肌でドイツの田舎風景を感じられるのは良いです♪
