Basic.Posted Sep 1, 2014
Great hotel, but don't think it's anything other than basic. The bed was very firm and there wasn't a safe or fridge in the room. Other than that I enjoyed my time there and the staff were fantastic.

Love it!Posted Apr 26, 2014
Pros: Exceeded my expectation.
Cons: Free parking instead of charging 9 Euro per day.
Yes, this hotel is new, chic and comfortable! The bathroom is nice and clean. Underground parking is easy accessible but costs 9 Euro per day. We parked on the street the next day with no problem. Overall a very good experience with this hotel chain.

Very new and chic hotel. No hot water kettle thougPosted Dec 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is new, chic and comfortable! The bathroom is fantastic! Parking is at its underground garage for 9 Euro per day. Drinks at the hotel lounge are good and reasonably priced. Wifi was problematic and hence I asked the front desk for some directions to Salzburg. The front desk lady very kindly printed out maps and driving directions for me. Asians who like to have tea/instant coffee might wish to note that there is no hot water kettle/bottled water in the room. When i asked the staff for one, they asked me to get hot water from our toilet tap, claiming that Munich has the cleanest tap water in Europe. I was given the same reply by at least 2 hotel staff. The Germans are sure very proud of their water! This got me curious and I did a quick check on the internet and it turns out that the tap water in Munich comes fresh from the alps and is even purer than bottled mineral water! Many hotels in Munich also do not provide hot water kettle. Definitely learnt something new here ;)

Pros: Looked very new and comfortable! Nice colour choice!
Cons: Size of the room
Location: Easy access to the station.
Great hotel in a good location. Not far from the station and easy access to culture & town city. Underground and train are easy to use without any issues. Would stay there again.
