Location is awesome as is the hotel and staff. Parking garage is, at least from an North-American perspective, rather tight.

Room functionality poorly designed no bed side table's!no small fridge to keep water, drinks or snacks cold, poor air-conditioning throughout hotel was hot and humid !!

Receptionist personal were not very professional. lacked english skills. Room bathroom very small and basic. Once we lay on the bed, dust particles everywhere. Price was fair but for me not to repeat.

Good location, modern and comfortable, good parking options. Room on the small side, price rather steep with no breakfast. The main downside is that the room has no tea/coffee facilities.

Great place for a short visit to Munich. Centrally located but in a very quiet area. Rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. In the morning, even though there are three elevators, it takes a very long time to be able to get in one. Always crowded. The check-in process is also very slow. Many guests trying to check in and the staff was taking a long time to process.

Love Motel one however two things I was disappointed with, 1/ asked reception re rail strike and rail link to airport, shrug of shoulders and no answer 2/ first time traveling that I left change on my desk and gone when I came back later in the day, just under €10 so maybe thought it was a tip, Great service and breakfast apart the above

The rooms are a joke, they didn’t even have a luggage rack. Or a telephone, ro call reception. So finally I went downstairs to ask for a Luggage rack. They said they didn’t have anything like that and instead gave me an ironing board.

Excellent stay...small duvet!
Only one slight issue... I think the hotel had replaced a double duvet with a single as I was a solo traveller. If it was the usual duvet in a double room I would not have been happy! That aside, what an excellent stay at a very reasonable price. The staff were extremely helpful. All in, I would highly recommend. Definitely try the ginger lemonade in the bar...excellent!

Brand new large design hotel with great bar, restaurant and outdoor dining. Clean rooms and lovely shower room and toiletries. Not large rooms but perfectly acceptable. Very convenient location around the corner from S-Bahn station Rosenheimerplatz, and an easy 20 min walk to the Altstadt. The immediate area has a nice beer garden, good and varied restaurants, bakeries and the Deutschland Museum is a few mins walk. We think it would be great for business or leisure.

Great little hotel in a very good location. We were able to walk into the city every day but there is also a train and tram station nearby if you are carrying luggage.
