Pros: Room was clean and cozy
Cons: Restaurant service was slow. they need much faster service. If you are going to charge for a shuttle it should run as advertised 30 mins not 1 1/2 hr
Hotel was full of ski teams for training. Very crowded and a few really rude guests...Restaurant was overpriced and quite slow. But, for a layover I've stayed in worse. For the money it's a pretty good deal just pay the 16euros for the ride and go. Room was comfortable and bathroom was clean... Also, the shuttle was 1 1/2 wait...Good Luck with the 30 mins deal...After being on planes all day I wasn't a happy camper to wait so long for their shuttle...

Pros: Staff friendly and accommodating. Clean and neat.
Cons: Either eliminate or lower parking fees.
Location: This hotel is clearly for those flying in and out of the airport. Downtown Munich is about an hour by train, and driving will take a long time also.
Our second time to stay at this hotel. Chosen for its close proximity to airport, for flying out the next day without a long drive. Staff was very helpful and seemed very concerned that we were pleased. Our first room had a strange odor, and my wife discovered a leak on the bathroom floor the next day. After waiting for some time, the staff changed rooms for us, and even offered to help us move our belongings. The second room was smaller, but also nice; seemed like if we had to move we could have been moved to at least the same size room. Not a big deal, but knowing that the hotel was far from full, it would seem logical. Staff in restaurant was very nice, and we especially like the choice of a large or small portion of some entrees. Do think that charging for parking in this area is a bit unrealistic.

Cons: Bed comfort
Location: Bus stop to halbergmoos s-bahn is right opposite, not obvious so most pay extra for shuttle.
Clean friendly hotel, bus stop opposite hotel give access to halbergmoos s-bahn if you want to avoid the 8 euro shuttle to the airport, good if you have a travel card. Bed wasn't very comfy, but only realised there were pillow options on the last day! Overall very good

The hotel is quite nice and quite close to the airport, but it is not the closest hotel to the airport. I don't think that is a big problem though because it is not too far out. Staff is very helpful and I definitely recommend the hotel, mostly due to the staff. The food is not excellent, but it is still edible.

This hotel was very clean and only 10 minutes from the Munich airport, so it was helpful for an early morning flight. Unfortunately, the hotel uses any excuse to charge extra - charge for parking, charge for WiFi and very expensive breakfast buffet (20 euros!) which we skipped to get food at the airport. Make sure to eat before you get to the hotel as leaving with your car in search of food will incur an additional parking fee (no in and out privileges for the hotel's parking lot!). Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable but we though we were booking a cheap place to stay before an early flight only to add 20 euros to the cost due to extra fees.

Pros: The food.... everything!
Cons: Steamroom which is advertised does not actually exist! A shame.
Location: Center of Munich easily accessible by public transportation.
Two nights stay, great food at a good price, friendly helpful staff. Would definately return.

Pros: the room is big and clean. bed is comfortable. quite good.
Cons: not sure if they have a gym, could not find it.
i chose this hotel for its proximity to airport, but it is not that close. although connection is easy. what i like absolutely is unexpected breakfast of the superb quality.

Hotel is good, room is comfortable and the price is reasonable. But when you stay there before flight please note the terrible airport transportation. Shuttle costs 8 Euros per person (for two persons it's exactly a taxi price). And even on that price they sometimes don't have seats in airport shuttle! My flight was on 9am, when I arrived at the hotel in the evening the shuttles departing 7-00am and 7-30am were completely booked. This is absolutely unacceptable for airport hotel.

Very convenient for Munich Airport. Really nice hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. Nice bar/dining area. Excellent choices for breakfast. Best I have seen in a long time. Very friendly staff on reception and dining area.
