OktoberfestPosted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Nothing springs to mind
Location: Oktoberfest. 2 nice restaurants. 5 mins bus ride into nearest town where there were more pubs and restaurants
We used the hotel as a base for Oktoberfest. It was reasonably priced compared to the nearer hotels. It had a bus stop right out from opposite a cafe where we got our caffeine hit before a day on the beer. 5 minute bus ride to the underground and no more than 10 minutes on the train. At the end of the long day on the beer there is a Chinese and Italian restaurant right next the hotel. Excellent base camp at the right price for Oktoberfest.

For the price the hotel was ok but lacked comfortPosted Sep 29, 2013
Pros: Near to where I needed to be.
Cons: The bad internet connextion.
Location: There are a number of good restaurant close by.
breakfast price was way to high. 17 EU when you had a backer across the street that served a warm sandwich and fresh coffee for 5 EU.

Hotel in the vecinities of the cityPosted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: We liked the price, the transportation and the neatness and cleanliness of the facilities. It also had underground parking and a reasonable price.
We were looking for a hotel of a reasonable price that was close to the city's main attractions and that had decent public transportation available. We found all of this in this hotel. It is very close to the city with great public transportation connections. The hotel was neat and clean, the staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel to other friends.

lovely staff and hotel saved our holidayPosted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
after a less than satisfactory trip through the alps we arrived tired and grumpy at nh muenchen am ring to a friendly welcome and lovely room. staff couldn't have been nicer and the bakery across the road sold delicious bread. to get into town the 55 bus stopped right outside every 10 mins and arrived at the ostbahnhof in less than 10 mins to connect to ubahn, sbahn and other buses.

DisapointingPosted Jul 23, 2013
1. It was pretty hot in the room when we got there in middle of July 2013.. 2. No air conditioning. We had to sleep with windows open all the night. 3. Hotel and our room was facing to busy street. So you don't get real sleep at night when you have windows open and there are bunch of traffic including bikers running under your windows all the night. 4. Not sure if the carpet was vacuum cleaned prior letting us in.

Stuffy room in MunichPosted Jul 14, 2013
Pros: Staff, food
Cons: Having ac!
The major problem with the hotel was that there wasn't any air conditioning. The room was very stuffy and we had poor sleeps. The gym facility was out of service, and the elevator broken. We had been staying in hostels and renting rooms prior, and thought we would spoil ourselves in a hotel for a couple nights... But the hostels were better. The hotel is on a very noisy street, so to get any airflow by opening your window, you also have to get really loud traffic sounds. The wifi was also touch and go. We could only get it to work now and then. The staff were very friendly and the location wasn't bad. You have to take a bus then a train to get down to the city centre. The hotel restaurant was good.
