“very satisfied”

hotel is located ideally beside a subway stop, which allows easy access to everywhere around munich. the room was very clean, and the staff was very nice and courteous. i would definitely stay here again. the only negative at all was the size of the bathroom, the shower was a tight fit and i'm not a large person. overall though nice place.

“Very accomodating”

We enjoyed our stay at Park Laim. It was a bit out of the way for the tourist, but probably a great location for the business traveler. The staff spoke english, and helped us with our taxi every morning. The dining room was cozy, and the breakfast selection was good. Only complaint was the size of the room. There wasn't a dresser in our room, and we were not able to unpack. Overall our experience was good, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

“If you're not German, don't go here”

it clearly said FREE PARKING, but I had to pay 8 Euro per night at check out time. they treat non-Germans like a low class citizines when I asked why I have to pay for parking they said "pay , or we call police" .. This is while they had my credit card number and 50 Euro deposit. they speak English only when they want to. Forms are English, but not the parts that says the fees
