The morning buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Sometimes staff answers to questions were very vague and unhelpful. The sauna was only opened after 6pm during the evening.

Hotel good, modern and clean. Located next to the subway U6 which was very convenient for access to central Munich. Stay was very pleasant but breakfast was too expensive £25 for limited fayre.

Our first stay was excellent. On our second stay; no coffee machine, no extra pillows. Also, Expedia did not point the €26/night parking fee. Which is very high! Overall it is a good hotel.

Front Desk staff were great! Room was large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has easy access to the U-Bahn and an easy walk to the English Garden. There are not a ton of restaurants really close, but plenty within a short walk.

Watch out for extra charges
Arrived earlier than check in opened, my colleague at a seperate desk to me. He was offered a room, no extra check in cost and no security charge to pay. I was first off of all offered a check in, then this was taken away and i was offered a early check in for €45. I said no and was then told i must pay a €50 security charge. Hotel was okay, seemed pretty overrun at times, maybe cause of Oktoberfest. THe spa area is very small, and the sauna and steam room were not very hot

Great property in quiet little area but close to subway so you can be in the main parts of Munich in only 4 stops. Hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was perfect, and we would gladly stay here again.

⭐️WONDERFUL European Hotel⭐️
Have been to Munich four times in the past eight years. Three times for Oktoberfest. By far, the best hotel we have stayed in all of Europe. Our room was spacious for my family of four. Washer/dryer in the hotel. AMAZING breakfast. Great staff. Will stay again when we return!!!

Good - Hotel has a nice feel, bed was comfortable, and overall room and bathroom were clean. Bad - Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, what looked like a small blood stain on the wall outside the bathroom, ottoman/seat at the end of the bed had marks/stains, some of the cushions on the bed had marks/stains.

Acceptable hotel. Note that there was an insect in the balcony which they didn't clean since we joined till we left. They don't clean the cups in the toilet there was water in it and after room service it was the same. Finally they made us pay extra for 3 years old kid although no extra bed was provided

Mold problem... health problem
The hotel seemed like a business hotel. That's okay. The room size was fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast. We were disappointed that we couldn't watch the World Cup in the bar because they didn't open when the early games were playing and the place had later been booked for a private function. Okay I suppose. Unforgivable however was the extensive mold in the room. Undoubtedly formed from condensation with the cold outside and the heat inside, but there was a lot. I could smell a mixture of pine and mold when I walked in. I thought perhaps a long unused room and it'd get okay. But it wasn't until we were packing to check out that I checked behind the curtains for cables or things we may have left behind that I discovered the mold. See pics. I'm a glibal professional speaker and I've stayed at a lot if hotels globally including beautiful Pullman hotels before. This was the worst mold I've seen in a hotel room and it made it a very disappointing experience for the first hotel of our 30-day European family vacation. I'm not sure if my 6yo daughter developed her chest cough because her bed was next to the curtain, but she's had it ever since we were there. I wouldn't stay there again because of that. It wasn't the Pullman brand I know.

The rooms are pleasant and stylish. The hotel is very quiet and a good value. Close to public transportation, shopping and the airport bus stop. Nice bar and good food. The breakfast buffet has a broad selection of food for every taste.

Pillows were like sand bags, very uncomfortable. Front desk service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. At times a bit of a line at the front desk though. Comfortable Lobby. Breakfast was amazing. Bed was also not very comfortable and the sheets were lacking.
