Price of luxury hotel ,amenities of budget hotel
The price we paid was too high for the amenities and facilities being provided ( don't get fooled by what shown in online portal). There was no hot water facilities in washroom considering its winter season. Even basic amenities like toiletries were missing and bedsheet wasn't change when we arrive as it was smelling bad.

Due to a defective heating system that failed at short notice, we unfortunately had hot water problems, which were fixed immediately the next day by an external company. The lights in the hallway didn't work and they didn't fix them I was alone in the hallway every night using my phone to guide me. They overcharged my husband 3 time's my initial booking cost. He didn't know but it was too late. Considering I had spent 3 nights there already it really soured the stay for me. A male housekeeper entered my room while I was sleeping, despite the notice on the door and me yelling no. He still forced the lock as I had the safety lock on. Receiption simply apologized. And then continued to charge me for a coffee to settle my nerves and overcharge

Spent 3 nights here on a business trip. Reported no light in hallway of my room. I had to use my phone to see and open room door. They never fixed it. Average breakfast way overpriced @20.00. Nice café across the street better food and price's. In general dreadful

Pretty good rooms with convenient shopping center next door with a Rewe and other food options inside. Nice bakery across the road and good connectivity to U-Bahn/ via bus or tram.The lifts/elevators are weird and do not go directly from underground parking to the hotel rooms.

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. On check-in to my cosy double room I wasn’t particularly comfortable or happy, there was very limited lighting and the room was old and tired. Some spot lights were not working & when I reported this to reception they offered me an alternative room, but this was still not any better. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and I decided to upgrade to a comfortable room, which was much brighter and cleaner. The bathrooms in all rooms are clean, modern and spacious. On reflection, for the original price + upgrade cost I could have stayed at a better quality hotel in the area. One evening I decided to dine in the restaurant but the menu seemed very expensive. The barman noticed me leaving and offered me a much more reasonable bar snack menu, so I stayed and had flammkuchen. Sadly, I’m 90% sure it was frozen and I expected better for my €12, but it saved me going out in awful wet weather. The hotel kindly looked after my luggage on check out which I’m very grateful for. There is a super bakery just over the road for breakfast, and a little shopping centre next door to the hotel with DM and Rewe. Hasia is an excellent Asian restaurant just around the corner. The hotel has good transport links within a 10 minute walk.

Almost perfect.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The only downside is the internet connection was not very stable at my room and there was no locker in my room. Other than that everything is perfect. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

It was quite a clean hotel and staff were quite friendly. We had asked for an extra bed but as they not have extra bed they gave us the next room for using and the responsible man came to the door for giving the key of the next room and apologized for not having extra bed .

Poor quality Hotel - poor maintenance of rooms
Water leak in the shower - water leak in the entrance way - some lights not working - no safe in the room - poor TV selection - no reception of BBC channel - forced to watch US news channels. Breakfast was not included in the rate when it was indicated it was included. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The issues with leaks and the lights have been fixed. If you need anything to be stored in the safe then you can leave it at reception and we can store it for you. Only our 4 star hotel has a safe in the room. We do have various other channels available at our bar. Generally bookings are only made without breakfast through external portals like the one you booked, however, if you have the confirmation that states breakfast then please get in touch with us and we can refund you the breakfast cost. I hope that you will give us another chance and maybe book a room in our 4 star hotel.

Next to a supermarket. I stayed during a tech conference. It seems the hotel is targeted at business travelers unfortunately there were not enough irons.

Luggage was lost by airlines and delivered to the hotel two days later but after several inquiries the hotel found the luggage in the back room on day 3. Bathroom toilet had a foul odor. Room was not spectacular but was reasonably clean.

Excellent location, clean and decent room with excellent bed and shower. We dined at the restaurant which wasn't bad, had a decent enough menu and not expensive. We had one colleague arrive late and it was shame as the kitchen closes at 10.30pm, there is no room service after this time either.

Firstly we were charged 75 euros upon check-in which we were not forewarned about so immediately had 75 euro less spending money.. this was apparently to cover bar/resturant costs but even when we assured staff we had no intentions to eat/drink in the hotel it became clear we were not going to get our room key unless we paid this deposit. I have not come across any other reviews of people reporting this so leads me to wonder whether we were charged this as we are a young couple. Then the hair dryer in our room was broken so I reported it to front desk and they sent someone up to confirm that it was broken. They said they'd be back with a replacement, 20 mins passed, no sign of them. Back down to reception to be told there were none spare and I had to go without. I have really long thick hair so this was quite an inconvenience. Additionally there was no main light in the room so in the evenings it was always very dim with only the hall and desk lights on. The pillows were awful, so thin and flat which made sleeping really uncomfortable. The water was SO cold in the mornings. We were constantly given 1 bath towel by housekeeping so had to keep requesting more. This was not a comfortable stay, did not provide the amenities as promised by their website (such as a safe), and was not only "2 minutes from the central station". Would not recommend.

Dear Paige, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly, the deposit is something that we require from all our guests. Usually a credit card is used to guarantee for extras but if a guest does not have a credit card, then we take 25€ per night instead. This is a relatively normal hotel procedure. Secondly, I am terribly sorry about the hair dryer. This is unacceptable and I will be speaking with Housekeeping about this. With regards to the technical issues, I will pass this information on to the technical department. As for the information contained on our website, all our rooms in the 4 star hotel have a safe, not the 3 star, and we have a hotel located 2 mins from the central station. However you did not book that hotel. You booked the one in the business district. If you have any further issues that you wish to discuss, then please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.

I always stay here. Clean. Safe. Comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation. Staff is friendly. The hotel restaurant has delicious food.

Would stay again.
Generally very happy with this hotel and would stay there again. One note-stairways seemed to be locked off e Capt for emergency and elevators very busy from 8-930 so can take a longer time then it does at others to leave hotel!hotel restaurant good. Staff pleasant. Quiet. Not near main part of town but 13-14 euro cab ride to MOC
