Great locationPosted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: The location.
Cons: There are alot of longer term clients staying...students. Perhaps they could be grouped in the one room.
This is a good hostel located nice and close to the city centre. Perfect for Oktoberfest. Easy walking distance to the event and the staff are a joy to deal with. Not much organised in the way of events but there is a bar open where you can go for a drink. Just be prepared to reach out...it's not the most social place I've ever been.

Old hostel in a Great locationPosted Sep 30, 2014
Great location. Easy walk from the central station. Rooms are very old and our room had a really smelly bathroom. Long wait for a slow elevators. Overpriced for what we received but it was during oktoberfest.

Basic hostel / hotel close to the train stationPosted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Very close to the train station. Inexpensive. Friendly staff.
Cons: Overall polish of the room.
Location: You're right near the central train station and a big supermarket, Lowenbrau Keller and Augustiner Keller.
(We stayed in the hotel part of the venue) You get what you pay for! It's a simple room (but clean!) with basic facilities. The staff are friendly and speak English (which is usual in Germany and great for boorish travellers like myself) - but the room is very basic. Our double bed was two singles pushed together with a single duvet each. I have stayed in this place as a hostel before and the experience was similar. I would go back to both as a budget traveller.

Not many options in Munic - so it is good enoughPosted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Good: open 24 h/7, luggage room for free, breakfast is good enough, location is very good for me - everything you need nearby.
Cons: Bad: wi-fi is good only in lobby, not very convenient storage for luggage in room - but still ok.
Location: Main railway station, shopping places, supermarket, places to eat - everything.
i may recommend because of price and location - one can stay there for not long though.

An good option to stay close to the Munich HbfPosted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Close to the Hbf and old town.
Cons: No WiFi in guest rooms.
Location: Close to the Hbf.
Room is OK although the bath is small. WiFi only at the lobby and dining area. Simple room setup. It could be good for student or budget traveler.

Clean and comfortable place to stay in a good location for a good value. Close to the train station and a pretty good free breakfast are also good amenities

Very suitable. Not expensive. had my own bathroomPosted Jul 5, 2014
Cons: Better room ventilation
Location: Great location. Near the central station where everything stays awake till late hours
I was told that my single room had a shared bathroom. But when I arrived I found the I have my own bathroom with its private shower. There was just the problem of the loud voices of the neighbouring rooms. But all-in-all, it was pretty good

Wow. Just, wow. I'm not sure the room had ever been cleaned. Everything was ancient, aged, and worn. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the grout stained. The toilet seat was discolored. I have a pretty high threshold when it comes to hotels, and even I didn't want to touch anything. The staff was friendly, and the sheets seemed clean, I'll give it that. I would not stay here again.
