Guter Aufenthalt; mein Mann und ich waren zu einem Kurztripp nach München gereist und in Victors Residenz haben wir eine gute Unterkunft außerhalb gefunden. Die Residenz ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr reichlich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Gerne wieder

Service und Höflichkeit schreibt man hier klein!!
Einfach nur unglaublich, es war 23h und wir sollten uns nach einem neuen Hotel umsehen. Überforderter Mitarbeiter konnte auf Grund eines "Systems-Updates" die Buchung nicht finden und lässt einen deshalb nicht einchecken. Obwohl man ihm die Buchungsbestätigung (!) zeigte, vorgeschlagen hat seinen Perso oder Bargeld an der Rezeption bis zum nächsten Morgen zu lassen, um es dann mit der Frühschicht zu klären, war keinerlei Bereitschaft für eine Lösung zu erkennen, sondern man wurde noch angeschnauzt! Service und Lösungsorietierung schreibt man hier leider ganz ganz klein.

Victor Residence was a pleasant place for a quick night stay and only 18 minutes from airport. Very pleasant and accommodating staff with nice lounge area.

The room was fine and the checkin was easy. It would improve the room if there were extra pillows provided. There is no air conditioning, and it was a very warm night. The fan was very dusty and dirty, and we didn't dare turn it on. that would make the stay more pleasant. However, otherwise, it was. a nice stay.

We got to keep our slippers & shoe horn!! First bathtub since arriving in Europe. Front desk staff were very helpful! Breakfast was totally awesome! I wish I could have eaten more!!

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.
Located in quiet neighborhood but there is a bus to subway and always come as per schedule. There is a supermarket ALDI just infront of hotel.

The only thing I liked was that I knew the area because I stayed there last year. Last year's stay 2017 was phenomenal, but this review is for my 2018 stay was left a bad taste in my mouth..so much so that will stay there again. I will elaborate, I booked my trip the first week of june through expedia. I only choose and filter hotel options based on FREE breakfast. Expedia had this hotel listed as one when I placed my booking. We get to the hotel and they advise me that they changed the free breakfast option in may and again I booked the trip the first week of June. expedia had NOT updated this information and the hotel was not at all accommodating. On top of that the bathroom had the most god awful smell. the staff was even subpar. This was a horrible hotel stay, I will not be staying at this hotel again and may have to think twice before using expedia again.

Fantastic Hotel, made the Holiday very special!
Staying here was amazing, the room was thoroughly cleaned and ready for use every day very promptly. The quality of the breakfast and restaurant was very good, the food and drink was good and a very reasonable price. Overall everything experienced here was very good at a very good price. The reception team and restaurant team were also very nice and very knowledgeable. They all spoke perfect English which was very nice considering my German is not good and very broken. The setting is very good too, nest door to a large Aldi and only a 20 min walk from the nearest train station or a 5-10 minute ride in a taxi which only costs around 10 Euro. The only complaint we had was the bathroom door handle was loose and came off once but we managed to put it back on. Would definitely come back here and definitely recommend.

Decent business hotel
The hotel is well located for the Ballhausforum and is very business orientated I think as the local area is mostly quite industrial and large businesses. This means it’s nice and quiet, but is maybe a 15 minute walk from the S-Bahn. The staff were all lovely and accommodating. They were able to check me in no problem despite being a few hours early. The reception staff all spoke really good English was a bonus for me as my German is quite basic. The breakfast is decent with a good selection. The bar also serves food which is good. Overall a nice hotel, though they clearly put the prices up a lot when there are conferences on as it was expensive!

Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast, Clean Room. Please put AC into the rooms instead of old school Central Heating / cooling systems. It takes almost 20 minutes to S-Bahn on foot.

Nice Stay
Good location not far from city centre as well as good transport connections. Staff was very freindly and despite not knowing German was not a hinderence at all. Got all help from in terms of directions and attractions. Will stay again. Travelled with my family and it's a very safe place to be with children. Only thing I would like to see is to have a kettle in the room to have a morning tea in the room rather waiting for the break fast to start. Break fast was great.

Good value & very clean
My only disappointment was that when I called for room service , I was told that there were not enough staff that night to allow for this . I wanted to eat in my room after a very long day .

Amazing Breakfast, and great beds.
We had a great stay, our only issue as tourists was we found it far from the city center. After five days I couldn't see myself commuting to the city one more day. It was quite a walk to the train station, wait for the train then the train ride, we would estimate one hour and fifteen minutes in total if everything is running with no problems and one day it had a problem and we had to meet a tour bus downtown, we just made it. A room fridge would have been nice. So far it's the only hotel that hasn't had one during our European trip.
