For the rate of the room, it was very acceptable. It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

One of best Red Roofs that we have visited. Exceptional help by staff. Room well equipped and very clean. Well worth the stay.

The rooms are grubby, but the staff is fantastic! The gal who checked me in called to check on me about 20 minutes after check-in. When I told her the room had an odor, she immediately offered to move me to another room!

Room is old and needs updating. Air conditioner did not remove humidity from the room. Breakfast was feeble.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful. The room could stand some updating. Baseboard was pulling away from wall.

We would have checked out immediately if we could but because we booked same day on line, we could not get a refund.The toilet in this room had unspeakable "residue" all over it, on the seat, in the joints, even on the tank (something sprayed on it, appeared to be vomit). The bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time with hair all over the floor. It appears the cleaning staff only changes the sheets and towels and walks out. Air conditioning was turned off and room was humid and stagnant when we walked in. The manager was nice enough and if he had not come in at our insistence and cleaned the bathroom we would have left and gone to another hotel and forfeited the money we paid. For all this, they dont even give you the little shampoos that probably cost $.03 ea. Hotel in general is run down. We will never stay at another red roof again!!
