Great Super 8Posted Mar 9, 2014
This was our first time to this area. There were a lot of hotels to choose from but after looking online this looked like a good one. And we were not disappointed. Great updated clean room. We just needed the room for one night and it was perfect. Got in later and needed to eat dinner. Lots of restaurants very close by to pick from. Very comfortable and clean room. Would definitely stay here again.
Could not hear the highway noisePosted Feb 3, 2014
Cons: A/C, thicker walls, less nosier flush of a toilet.
One of the coldest days in Murfreesboro and the heat took forever to come on. But first we had to change rooms because the walls are very thin and we could hear the TV sound from next door. The good part there were available rooms at a moment notice and the front desk was very accommodating to relocate us to a quieter room for the night.

Needed an overnight stay on the way back home.Posted Nov 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everything was great at this place...except....the free breakfast. They lacked some food on that, but there were so many places to eat all around the hotel, we opted for IHOP just down the street. The room was very nice and we liked how it was set up with the "suite" side and the bed side. There was some outside car/truck noise (our room was on the back side of the building) and some other room noise, but not enough to make it a bad stay or keep you up at night. You get a lot of room for the price. My girlfriend was very impressed with my choice in hotels during our trip, so I get points, you get good points too. If we ever make it back to Murfreesboro, we will try to check in here again.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was congested. Room was nicer than anticipated. Overall would definitely stay there again.

No Smoking PleasePosted Nov 4, 2013
Cons: Breakfast - very limited choices - glad there was a Cracker Barrel across the street.
Location: Convenient to food and shopping.
While the room is posted as a "no smoking" room, it was evident that there had been smoking in the room. Waking up with a soar throat and coughing is not the way I want to spend vacation time.

Returned to same hotelPosted Sep 25, 2013
Pros: It was clean close to resturants and gas
Cons: The only sink was very slow to drain. You nearly had to sit on the toliet to be able to close the bathroom door.
Location: We were heading home so we didn't visit the town but there is a lot of Civil war history here
This time check in was quick because we had corrected the problem on the trip going. Room was on the back side of the hotel where there was no parking. We just needed a clean place to sleep nothing extra.

Just want a place to sleepPosted Sep 25, 2013
Pros: It was clean and had a lot of tv shows
Cons: Their breakfast menu
Location: We were just traveling throught so can't tell much. There are several restuarants around the hotel.
at check in they had us in a smoking room. We had to get that changed so we ended up with two queen beds. Since we were going to be back to this hotel on our return trip, we also had to get that night corrected too. They told us not to use expedia as they always got the info messed up. Since we had received an e-mail of what was requested, we knew this to be untrue. The breakfast did not have any meat or eggs. Just toast and instant oatmeal with not water. Since we had just stayed at a days inn the night before for twenty dollars cheeper and a much better breakfast we were disappointed.

Very Comfortable BargainPosted Sep 22, 2013
Pros: Clean "suite" with frig and microwave, king size bed, couch, coffee table, desk, Flat screen tv and inroom coffee.
Cons: Clean up the paint on the side of the frig and in the shower. It will be a great improvement to the room. Coffee maker really cleaned.
Location: Just off the interstate.Tons of restaurants around the area with Cracker Barrel across the street or a walk across the parking lot to Arbys.
Booked the hotel for the price and reviews and we weren't disappointed. Flat screen tv and inroom coffee. I was able to connect my computer to the TV with my hdmi cable for watching some Netflix, so the Wifi was decent. LOTS of electrical outlets.. very nice touch! The bed and pillows were comfortable for a good night sleep. Now, a few cons. Breakfast was prepackaged danishes, cereal, frozen waffles and soft white and wheat for toast. Only protein found was 4g found in the yogurt. I don't consider this a breakfast but it got us out the door.
