Room clean, staff obliging. Lift was not open on time. Instead we had to carry everything down stairs. We are elderly and it was quite a struggle

Staff were friendly, service at reception desk was unattended and had to wait til the dining staff got someone to check us in, room wasn’t ready when we entered so had to go back to reception to swap to a prepared room, stains on carpet looked gross and we were told we could park out the back but no parks available so had to park on the street, luckily car was ok and untouched in the morning
