Save your money this is not a suite nor luxury
No way to directly contact the property management. Had to contact hotels.com directly who finally was able to find a contact number in which the cleaning lady handed me a key said nothing and walked away. The place itself is an outdated and worn down apartment with bed mattress that are bent and incredibly uncomfortable. This is an apartment complex with loud neighbors, wifi that does not hardly work, and weathered furniture and bedding. Very unpleasant stay.

I have to say that the manager Maria is great and very accommodating! The staff is very nice. The location of this hotel is perfect, water taxi and bus very close to move around. Ornos beach is very close and there are many restaurant right along the beach. With that said I would not book this hotel again. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. They don’t include transfer, unless you pay and no breakfast. There is no reception and no phone in the room. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Overall not happy. I wanted to leave the minute I arrived but stayed because of Maria and the very nice staff. It could be awesome if they made some changes like upgrade the rooms and cleaned under the beds.

Great stay!! Location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to Ornos Beach. For our trips outside of walking distance, the manager, Maria, helped connect us with a personal driver who was available for pickups 24/7. The suite was extremely clean and comfortably fit our group of 7. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay a bit outside of the main area of Mykonos Town for a great price and still a great location.

Could use a update and cleaning
Calling them luxury suites is a stretch. In their day, they were probably quite nice, but feeling old and dated now. Details such as cleanliness (black mold lots of places, a huge slug inside that didn't just ooze there in the time since the last cleaning) and some updates - like the dishwasher that didn't open or old sagging bed would give a better feel. In terms of the area, very close to the beach. We counted 130 steps. But you can't see the beach or water from the unit. We were there off season, so can't say always this way, but wen we were there, a very quiet beach with easy seating at the restaurants or for a place on the beach. The Ornos town close by, was just a short walk, but on a busy road with no sidewalks. The Mykonos town requires a taxi or car. Was super cute. Overall, we would not stay here again or recommend to our friends,but we did love the island.

close proximity to beach restaurants, shops.
We came at the end of the season October, although the weather was still pleasant shops, restaurants were closing for the season - buses and boats and tourist attractions were limited 'skeletal service'. The island / cost of living dining and taxi's can be expensive especially if you have a large family but the supermarkets those that are open are well stocked. There is a local bakery that provide fabulous cakes, fresh bread and very pleasant staff. The beach is in walking distance from the villa, a small coved beach very picturesque and tranquil. The Island, is beautiful, the sunsets at Mykonos windmills are amazing and would definitely recommend a visit.

Great apartments, close to the beach & amenities
Very good standard accommodation within a few minutes walk of the beach, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Lovely pool. Plenty of chairs. Very helpful host and cleaning lady. Nothing was too much trouble. Good daily servicing, they will do as much or little as you want/need. Note there is only one bedroom, the other beds are in the living area.

Horrible
First of all there is no reception upon arrival. We have to call the number we had and then waited for a man to come and give us the keys for our house. We stayed for 3 nights. No one cleaned the house during our stay. If we needed anything we had no one to ask and no one to help. Neighbours from other houses would be shouting and putting very loud music while we wanted to sleep. At 5 in the morning you would have people talking infront of our window and you would feel they are in the house with you. We were a family of 4, we dis not enjoy our stay at all and would never go to GT suites ever again if they were the only place we can stay in in mykonos. Very bad experience.

Nice appartements close to the beach
Maria kindly communicated before our arrival and organised her driver to pick us up at the ferry port. 20€ one way. GT suites are appartements in 2 storey houses surrounding the communal pool. Indoor, outdoor, everything is clean, calm, nicely maintained, white and blue. We were less than 10min walk from the small Ornos beach. Beautiful but packed with restaurants and long chairs. A tiny corner for non customers. Being there out of peak season, it was just perfect. Pool or sea water in end of May is quite cold, warm if you are used to the English channel. Ornos is a very calm side of Mykonos. 1 bus per hour to get to city center. It has a little supermarket, bakery and other convenience. We got a welcome plater of olives, feta, bread... for our breakfast. A bit light for a 2 night 5 persons continental breakfast as advertised on Expedia, however we let it go thanks to the upgrade.

Small room with nice view
It's worth noting that GT suites in Ornos actually has two locations which isn't explained on the website. I specifically booked this room for the use of the pool and we we taken to another location with no pool. There was a nice veranda with a good view however. The apartment itself was very small and crowded for 3 people despite having two sleeping areas. There was only air conditioning in the kitchen (with fold out bed) the main bedroom had no fan or AC which was disasterous in the Summer heat. It was impossible to sleep and we kept the tiny window open which resulted in mosquito bites over our faces as we slept. We were told breakfast would arrive in the morning but had to wait until after midday for it by which time we were starving! The apartment is supposed to be cleaned daily but wasn't with no sheets changed. The cleaner frequently took all dirty towels and forgot to replace them leaving three guests using the beach regularly with no towels. The toilet paper was also no replaced leaving three guests with half a roll of toilet paper over 24 hours. Overall, service was terrible, however the apartment itself is in good condition with good views. I spent a lot extra phoning the manager from my mobile to have to remind them to send breakfast and towels over out four day stay. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Started off with over an hour delay with the promised transfer. Room was ok - loft gets really hot as there is no air con in that room. Kitchen was missing a few things that would have added the finishing touches to the apartment. Pool area very nice although not many communal chairs/lounges.

Amazing stay!!! Family 2 adults 3 kids Hotel was lovely suite was so private, so you can sit out in your pjs and relax after breakfast. Staff was amazing Pautelis was so helpful with directions and tips. He picked us up on arrival and dropped us on departure. He also took us into Mykonos town (10min drive) whenever he could. Ornos beach (5min walk) is lovely and family friendly. And the hotel pool was so nice and convenient for early morning and night swims. Kids loved it So close to beach and basic need stores. Lovely holiday thanks Gt suites See you soon

Wonderful experience
This hotel was completely made by the staff working at the hotel. They were so friendly, welcoming our son into their families to play with their own children. This made the stay for us as our only child had play mates! They would pop out to the balcony with fresh panacotta for us. Words can not describe how friendly the staff were. The hotel was immaculate, cleaned beautifully everyday. Views were spectacular.

Great apartment walking distance to beach
We spent a lovely week at GT suites in the Camelia apartment. The apartment was very nicely decorated and the kitchen well kitted out if you wish to prepare your own meals. The staff are very helpful, we arranged to be collected from the airport and dropped off on the way home. The pool area is nice and the pool a good size. It is very close to Ornos beach, less than 5 minutes walk where you can rent loungers from the beach restaurants. The beach restaurants are also lovely in the evening for a meal or sunset cocktail. You can also catch a taxi boat to the other beaches which is much quicker and cheaper than bus or taxi. The apartments are also an easy walk to a mini market, 24 hour bakery and the local bus stop where you can catch the bus to Mykonos town. We did this several times, it only takes 10 minutes to get into town. There are several bars and restaurants near the apartment if you prefer to eat locally rather than go into town.

The best hotel!
The hotel is amazing. The best choice in Mykonos. The staff is friendly and the room is amazing with an amazing view. Very close to the centre but far enought if you want to relax and enjoy beaches and swimming pool.

Fantastic customer services
The manger Michalis is very nice and friendly, offering a high standard customer service. We felt we were at home - relaxed and comfortable. After leaving GT suites, my six-year-old daughter kept saying that she wished to go back to GT suites and stay there longer. We definitely will return to GT suites next time when we visit Mykonos again.

Ornos is a great place to stay with a lovely beach, shops and plenty of restaurants close by. We spent part of the holiday relaxing at Ornos itself and part of the holiday exploring the island travelling to nearby Delios. In all this was a great holiday in the sun.

Lovely well equipped accomodation
We stayed in the Pink Rose apartment, situated on the first floor. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen including washing machine, full oven and hob and a dish washer, ice making device in the freezer. The apartment was large and had 2 balconies and a roof terrace, cushions are provided for the seating area which is sunny first thing in the morning. There are 2 televisions one in the living/kitchen area and one in the bedroom. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living area. Breakfast was served every morning. The pool was quite cold but only because it was early in the season. A 2 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Overall a lovely small complex close to mykonos town which is a must. Would recommend to any age of party.

Clean bright accomodation with everything you need for a holiday in the sun! Brilliant location only 2 minutes walk from the beach & beach-front restaurants. Less than 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, bus stop & water taxi mooring point. Mykonos town is 10 minutes away on a bus.

Great place to stay with family close to beach.
This apartment was perfect for out family of five. The pick up and delivery service to and from the port was so welcome. Especially because we arrive at midnight. Our room was large and clean. The morning breakfast service was wonderful.

Not so much a hotel, but a condo
This is a great option for Mykonos. GT Suites is actually a group of seven condo units in a larger complex. Very quiet. Very clean. Less than 100 yards to the beach. It is not a traditional hotel in that there is no lobby, no centralized space. It feels much more like a VRBO experience, but with on-site management. Michalis is managing the properties very well - was very amenable and always available. Met us at the ferry dock and dropped us off when we left. We stayed here with our 11-year-old twins and it worked out beautifully - private pool at your doorstep.

We stayed at Gt Suites Mimosa Complex for 2 nights and we were so happy that we did. As soon as we got picked up from the port by Mike we were showered with hopsitality. He did everything he could to help us understand our way around Mykonos and even though we were a little distance away from the main town of Mykonos we were still in a great location being so close to the beautiful Ornos beach. There were 6 of us staying in our villa and we would all highly reccommend this place!

Abbiamo atteso per oltre un'ora per capire quale fosse l'alloggio a ns disposizione. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare i bagaglio all'aperto. Avevamo prenotato una villa con 2 bagni (che era in overbooking) e per l'ultima delle 4 notti siamo stati sistemati in questa "suite" con 1 solo bagno di 1.5m x 1.5m. + 4 posti letto in sala da pranzo + lo scuro della porta fine4stra divelto e non chiudibile + sacchi di biancheria sporca, tavolo dismesso, scala per lavori, pattumi vari in terra, il tutto lasciato nel nostro "giardino". Federa del cuscino sporca. Attendo riscontro e sono disposta ad allegare foto di quanto sopra esposto

Emplacement idéal (pour nos besoins) La résidence devrait être remise à neuf, usure remarquée un peu partout (chaises longues, douche, matelas, lits, fauteuils, TV, équipements cuisine,...) Niveau propreté, quelques problèmes d'organisation et d'engagement. Le prestataire semblait plutot porté sur le service minimum obligatoire, sans plus. Le tout estompé par le cadre très charmant de la résidence qui atténue les "défauts".

A du potentiel mal exploité
Apres une arrivée plus que bof (transfert, appartement...) nous avons été surclassé et beaucoup mieux. Debut de saison donc pas encore bien en place...il manque un bon intendant pour réparer clim, lave vaiselle, lave linge, faire l'inventaire... mal entretenu dommage car tres beau appartement et bien placé.
