So beyond impressed and happy we found Kivotos. The hotel is beautifully designed with the most stunning views, and the staff is absolutely incredible. The most genuine and kind group of people that made our experience 1000x better and more comfortable. Also, the luxury pelican private drivers affiliated with the hotel were above and beyond. They made us feel safe, always responsive, and just the kindest people. We hope to be back again!

The hotel looks amazing, the staff is always really nice and nothing of my needs was any trouble for them. Breakfast really lovely with amazing views 😍 Pool really posh with very nice music. I really recommend to anybody how wanted a good nice hotel.

Nothing special. Wi-Fi was terrible snd didn’t work. Hotel needs renovating/updating. Peeling paint in the room, pool etc. The hotel gouged us on taxis. 80 Euro for a private transfer to the port when the private transfer that I arranged (A Mercedes) was 30. Shameful. “Private beach” was tiny. Luckily we could walk to Ornos beach.

Absolutely stunning property, but very expensive with not much included. The pool and beach area is gorgeous, but be prepared to listen to club music all day long

Very beautiful hotel, but... The last good review was left in 2019. I assume it changed hands then. Now this is a review of this hotel under new management. 1. Extremely slow service. Waited for breakfast for 50 mins! No one seemed to care. Same goes when you come to the bar. Waiting is over 30 mins just for someone to notice you! 2. Poor room service. They had just one lady to clean the entire hotel and my room was cleaned only at 8 PM! 3. Incompetent and careless front desk customer service. I requested taxi a day before my departure. I emphasized several times when taxi should arrive. Next morning - no taxi. Front desk lady was talking to a new guest. She called the taxi that arrived late and I missed my ferry. Unacceptable! Otherwise perfect vacation was ruined by absolutely careless stuff. This is the worst experience in Greece in 2-week time that I traveled.

Absolutely worth it
Completely breathtaking. First time in Mykonos, and will never stay at another hotel there for future visits. From staff attentiveness to amenities to facilities, there was not a single part of our stay that didn’t deserve 5 stars.

Impeccable, in every way. Extraordinary service and warmth. Exceptional food. Outstanding room and comfort. One of the top hotels I've stayed in all of my travels, ever. Extra bonus: a short walk from one of the more secluded beaches we preferred. Stay here immediately.

Kivotos is a beautiful hotel , great location , views and with its own beach . Guest services were always helpful . Plenty to do if you wanted but also great to relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings. Rooms well appointed with plenty of space . We would definitely visit again

Upstages all other 5-star boutique Mykonian hotels
4th year in Kivotos, ruined me for life, cannot stay anywhere else in Mykonos anymore. I bother w/ reviews only when irked or so blown away that it’s worth my time to do so. Kivotos just has it all: amenities, service, food/drinks—all in the most jaw-dropping spot in all of Mýkonos; I know them all. I also care about what I get for what I pay for: have stayed in different suites AND the dreamy über-lux villa on Kivotos’ private seafront: they all beat the island’s other 5-star options, including even private stay villas (been there, done that: nice, but not as nice as Kivotos.) If you didn’t know & booked somewhere else, come to Kivotos for the day, hang at the pool or private beach for your most-liked Insta selfies evaaaa (even if 54 years old.) I bet anyone who tours Kivotos & is staying in other so-called 5-star boutique hotels in Mykonos that you’ll want to change your reservation to stay here instead... ha, ha! Happened to every friend of mine that didn’t listen & booked at places that have been (SIGH) photoshopped. Whereas Kivotos is #NoFilter needed, ya’ll. Get a massage seaside fr/ Joy (όνομα και πράγμα, for the Greeks amongst us). I’m Greek-American & I treat my word as gold. I own 2 companies & don’t write bogus reviews—no time to snow people I don’t know. My stays in Kivotos are simply always 24-karats gold & the world should know. Medicine for the soul, is Kivotos. Bon voyage to one & all.

The grounds of this hotel are beautiful. We were so excited to stay here. Unfortunately that’s about as good as it gets. The pool was dirty, the power went out in our room for over 14 hours, and the maids came to replace our towels and threw the old ones on the floor. For the price you pay to stay here I’m confident there is better hotels

Magical, luxurious, amazing
We spent a week at Kivotos for our honeymoon, and it was all but perfect. The room was beautiful, the pool was magical, the food was delicious, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. Kivotos is a legitimate 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the Kivotos staff made it clear that they were there to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, and they absolutely did.

Amazing pool and private beach. Feel at home!
We flew into Greece on our honeymoon from Los Angeles and this was the first hotel where we stayed in all of Greece. We chose it because of it's great reviews, location, atmosphere, private beach, and pool. We were highly pleased. From getting picked up at the airport to our departure, the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive during our whole stay. Kostas, who helped us with our bags during our stay was extremely pleasant and a pleasure to see around the hotel every day. Highly recommend staying here :)

Great location excellent Staff.
Close to town and beaches. Fantastic and very accommodating staff especially Christina, Evie, Despina, Danai. The drivers were excellent Alex, Costos, and Spirios. We stayed in the signature suite which made for a pleasurable experience however, be cautious when booking because some of the other rooms are small and aren't as comfortable.

They are helpfull supportive responsive and etc... everything was positive moreover location is great, perfect private beach and food is cool... in a nut shell everything was perfect. Awesome experience in this luxury hotel
I stayed there for one weekend in September. The place is great, the rooms are big and comfortable. Staff is polite and friendly. Food is great. My overall experience was very good and I totally recommend the hotel for everyone that wants to have a great time in Mykonos and live an unforgettable experience there!
