Nice Hotel with very nice staff.Posted Sep 1, 2014
Hotel is nice and relaxing, very nice views and staff. A bit out of town, yet walkable on steep hill. Regular coach to town every two hours is reliable.

Poor locationPosted Aug 28, 2014
Cons: Food is not easily obtainable and if you do order it from the pool it will take an hour or more
Location: There is nothing near by. Location is poor
This hotel is not in Mykonos town, it is a 10 minute ride from town and only walkable if you like walking straight up a hill and fearing being run over by cars. There is a shuttle every 2 hours, if it runs on time. Also, there is nothing within a 10 minute walk of the hotel, literally nothing in terms of available restaurants. The hotel has a blackout period for food from 11:30 am until 2 PM so if you want anything you have to leave the hotel.

Great hotel with a beautiful pool outside of townPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Pool, staff, food
Location: Just outside of town...not really walkable to town
Great hotel with an amazing pool / bar area and surprisingly good food. Only knock on the hotel is its location - a bit out of town and without many cabs in Mykonos...it's difficult to get around. Be sure to have a car or scooter!

Friendly knowledgeable staffPosted Aug 12, 2014
Staff very friendly with good advice for restaurants and beaches. Pick up from and to the ferry. Nice pool and quiet location away from the noise of the town. Just need to time your visits to town with their van schedule. Beds were hard but rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was average. Good variety but not to my family's taste. Overall, though the staff was so eager to please that I would stay there again.

Amazing hotel great staff that made Mykonos magicPosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: The hotel staff were great. They made our time special.
Cons: Nothing, It was perfect thanks to the great care and attention showered on us by the staff.
Location: Get a quad and explore the island. Go to all the beaches. Dinner in the city is yum. The hotel pool and bar is great.
We had a wonderful time. Mykonos is beautiful, the food is great and the city is full of lovely restaurants and nice shops. The night life is great and there are so many beaches close by to explore. Nico's restaurant in the city was brilliant. We met a wonderful man who bought us dinner. Batman we would love to see you again! The shopping is good and you are spoilt for choice. Top tips: Hire a quad bike and explore the island. Go to Tinos on the ferry and give thanks and have a spiritually uplifting afternoon. Look around the shops, they sell pretty much the same things, but prices vary.

Excellent spot :)Posted Jul 17, 2014
While the hotel is located quite a bit more than a walk out of town, the shuttle they provide free of charge every two hours 24/7 was more than adequate. Every staff member was friendly and interested, helpful and service-oriented. Very clean, well-maintained and what little food we ate at the hotel was excellent. Great view from top floor balcony, perhaps the only downside was the tremendous number of steps we had to climb each time we wanted to get to our room. If you are not fond of stairs request one of the lower level rooms and sacrifice the view. Definitely one of the better hotel experiences of our trip and would certainly return and recommend to others :)

More Resort than HotelPosted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: The rooms and the staff were great. I made an appointment to have a mani and pedi in their spa and was pleasantly surprised to find "no charge".
Cons: The shuttle service might want to consider running route about every hour after 9 pm. The walking trail is not very well illuminated.
Location: All beaches are accessible by public bus system. Town center has great shopping and food.
This hotel is located just far enough from town to be relaxing, yet close enough that you can walk in if you want. The hotel runs a shuttle into town every 2 hours and that same shuttle picks you up and takes you back to the airport!! That is a very cool feature and not that common in Greece.

Quiet hotel but within short distance to TownPosted Jun 20, 2014
Unlike many Mykonos hotels which charge over-inflated silly prices, we had a good deal from this one. The hotel's buildings are terraced, with views across to the sea which is about 1km away. We had a room on the 4th, which was quiet with great views. Outstanding service at the hotel, whose staff are always polite and helpful, particularly Efi on reception and our breakfast server (whose name I forget). There is a complimentary shuttle service to Mykonos Town which operates 24 hours a day every 2 hours. The walk is about 1.5 km along a footpath, okay going, but a steep climb coming back.

Beautiful villa area just outside of Mykonos townPosted Jun 16, 2014
Cons: Heat the pool just a little bit, if possible, otherwise its fine, in the hotter summer months the cooler pool is better.
Location: Just 5 minutes out of Mykonos town, good to rent an ATV to get around the island, has parking and a decent view of the sunset.
We stayed at Summerland beginning of June 2014 and had a great time. The breakfast was awesome and room was clean and was a good size for us. The pool was clean just the water wasnt heated and was cold. The water at the beaches of Mykonos was cold too early in the summer season in Greece. The hotel staff was very nice, especially Efi at the front desk.
