Too old. Needs upgrade if charging what nicer places do. Indoor pool is joke with no dressing area. Parking is nightmare unless across street no security.

We had stayed here for spring break and it was a great time. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The only downside was parking, however it’s just walking distance away to get to the other lot. All in all, we loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was right on the beach which was wonderful. Parking is very tight, we were able to park down the road in an annex lot. Negatives were that this hotel is very outdated and the pictures do not match the reality. There was water dripping down the walls into the floor and from the ceiling in the smaller portion of the room. The floor was very damp. There was a smoke smell coming from the balcony most days even though it is a non-smoking room.

This was a clean and nice property. The parking was limited and difficult one night where we had to park in a dark unlit sand/dirt parking lot which I thought was not okay. Also housekeeping knocked out first overnight morning at 9am and then just walked in which I didn’t like and don’t know why happened.

Cute oceanfront property....spacious rooms, very clean, some updates.very good breakfast...hot, made-to-order....very nice staff. clean pool...loved the oceanfront balcony...great price foe last minute deal. Wish we Ould have booked direct, instead of Expedia!! Did not get the Best Western points! would stay here anytime!

Was quite disappointed in the pools as well as the fact that there was not a hot tub. We asked for extra towels and a change of bed sheets and never received either. The pools were claimed to be heated but felt quite cold. The sound of the elevator in our building kept us up most of the night which was very unpleasant. The description of this hotel does not match with the reality of it.

This was the second time we stayed here. First time was much better. The room was OK but definitely not as nice as the last time. Not as clean and some of the furniture was in disrepair. The highlight is the ocean view and breakfast is really good.

Overall an incredible disappointed. Could hear kids that were running around not even staying at the hotel yelling (profanities as well) and could hear the elevator constantly going up and down…loudly. Don’t recommend that anyone stay here.

Convenient location. The property is old and a bit run down. My first impression was "OMG, what have I got myself into". But the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Parking is across the street.

This property is old and needs repairs and updating desperately. It is broken into three buildings. The 8 story tower that I was assigned had only 10 parking spots underneath and one of the handicap spots was being used to store construction materials. There was additional parking across the street in an open unsecure parking lot requiring you to have to cross a busy street to get to the hotel. Empty cardboard boxes were scattered throughout the hallway on the floor I was on. The door to the room had to be forced open and closed. I requested maintenance on the bathroom faucet the first day there, when I checked out 4 days later the maintenance still had not been completed. Found blood on wall outside of elevator on ground floor. Had to Lysol the entire room because we were afraid to touch anything let alone walk in our bare feet. Free continental breakfast was terrible, I gave up on it after first morning. I will never stay at this property or any Best Western again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else. I considered checking out after first day but didn't believe I would receive refund for remaining days.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy the 4 night stay at our hotel. There is limited parking under the Tower building but plenty of parking just across the small boulevard we are located on. It is a very quiet street with light traffic. We are also shocked to hear you did not enjoy the breakfast. We have so many great items on it like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage or ham, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, Waffles, muffins, toast, juice, yogurt, and coffee! WOW- We are so HUNGRY NOW!

Best Western was such a disappointment, the place smelled old and dingy. I actually left and didn't care that they charged me my deposit for one night. The furniture in this place was old worse than what you would see in a thrift shop. I would never stay in this place. Like so many places in MB, this place needed a major renovation, you get what you pay for. Men, do not bring your wife or GF to this place unless you plan on getting dumped.

The ocean view was nice. The curtain didnt close all the way to the room and you couldnt close the bathroom door, because it wouldnt open and you would get stuck. My husband had to shimmy the door to get out the bathroom, because he was stuck

We had no idea the suite with kitchen would be so large. Balcony was perfect for relaxing. Parking was across a busy street and that could have been a problem in the summer. It was only about 1.5 miles from our favorite restaurants.

Our room was on the third floor of the taller building, we had a fantastic view of the ocean, pool and Tiki bar. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast and really good coffee every day. I definitely plan on staying there again. Staff was very helpful and Shelly at the Tiki bar was a hoot!

When we arrived we saw it was an older hotel....however when we saw the ocean view from our room it was amazing. The front desk was very helpful...Tammy thanks! And now all the rooms in the hotel are being renovated which will result in fully immaculate rooms. Stay here!

So this property has the potential to be great it is just VERY dated and in desperate need of a remodel, the ceiling in our room was literally cracked and falling down had been terribly patched, the “blackout” curtains had holes in them and the love seat was in very poor condition… the indoor pool was tiny, like one family at a time. The elevator was kinda sketchy, and there was not enough room in the breakfast room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and staff were excellent as well. Parking, location and quiet safe area were fantastic as well. We found the bedding to be extremely comfortable and so were the pillows. We slept really good. Beautiful few of the ocean feom our balcony. On the flip side, the building needs some upkeep. Old carpets, broken slider door and leaky shower were probably our biggest concerns.

Great staff, enjoyed the breakfasts very much, good location. The building looks well-worn. Doors to rooms and frames could therefore use a refresher of paint (the rose color is so dated and faded).
