bad hotel don't go there

Pros: nothing
Cons: just bad hotel nothing to like but a lot to dislike
Location: not bad location only good thing about this hotel
we booked a room with 1 queen bed got a room with 2 full beds mattresses where bad bad bad on both the beds. we had to stay across the street in another building that was not the problem the problem was the only pool was at that building was not told that the pools and some of the hotel was under construction. so everyone had to use the pool across the street no bathroom down by the pool so if your room was back at the main building then you had to go back across the street to use it. when we check out a day early the girl at the front desk didn't even ask us if there was something wrong because we where checking out early she just toke the key cards and said have a nice day. this hotel is bad bad bad when I wrote a email to the company they just wrote back a sad they were sorry but did not offer us any compunction for us leaving early, will not go back or tell anyone I know to go there just stay away.

I just visited your hotel over the weekend and it was the worst weekend ever. First you do not have enough handicaps parking for your guess. To have four handicap spaces for a hotel that size is crazy. When you are the one who has to drive and then walked across the drive to the hotel that you are paying for that is just wrong. Next when I get to the room you don’t have a shower curtain in the bathroom. The person just came up and handed me a curtain and walked away. Why should I be the one who put up the curtain? You lie about having a pool, having a restaurant to get breakfast and dinner. With all that the worst thing is the room did not get cleared at all. We were told that you do not clear your rooms until the guess leave. I’m so glad that I only stayed two nights. It was three of us in the room and I was the one who slept on the couch. The sheets on that couch were not clean. Just to let you know this will go on my blog…

My experience at blue water was dissappointing due to the fact that I found blood stains on the fitted and cover sheets and the room was carrying an odor. My only reason for staying is because my reservation was made through hotel.com. will not stay there again. The hotel did try and accomodate.
