“Great hotel just outside Myrtle commercialised area”

The hotel staff were very friendly and we had a good laugh with them. Rooms were satisfactory for our needs and the outside pool was warm and quite large for a motel. Only downside for this hotel was the small breakfast area especially at the bust weekends - 4 tables - no where near enough and staff could not keep pace replacing food.

“Will be back”

The staff was wonderful. We had driven 16 hours from Connecticut and they let us check in early and got us settled right away. The room was clean and the breakfast was perfect in the morning.

“Horrible”

They were very upset because i was only 20 and not 21 when it says on here that you have to be 18. We asked for more towels they said we couldnt have anymore for that day that we shouldnt have used the 4 that were in there, just very rude all together. Will not stay here anymore. Ive stayed in alot of hotels because i live in ky and my bf lives in sc so i go there quiet about, decieded to try a different hotel but will never stay here again.

“"only on the first floor"”

Everything was as expected in a Comfort Inn, EXCEPT no elevator. I had my 88 year old mother with me and she uses a "walker" to get around. The idea of her trying to walk up the stairs or me carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs did not appeal to me. I was able to get a room on the first floor so everything worked out OK. Otherwise I was gone. I heard several other people talking about the situation and they were not happy. People should be advised of this ahead of time and decide if they want to stay there or not.

For the price range a good place to stay.

This hotel is located near the Huntington Beach State Park where I have bird watched in the fall and winter. It was wonderful to come back to a nice room after being out in the cold and also to have breakfast if we needed it. The staff was friendly and tried to please.

“a little pricey for what you get, especially after Labor Day weekend, when most rates go down”

Service was good, nice continental breakfast, clean pool and area, carpet in room was old and smelled, otherwise clean bathroom and beds.

“Very satisfied”

Nice accommodations with comfortable beds and pillows; good water pressure; nice size bathroom; no issues while there; one afternoon they even made fresh coffee for us in the breakfast area; short drive to beach and other places of interest. Would stay again without hesitation.
