There was dead bugs on the floor, purple stuff in the bathtub. No hairdryer in the room I tried to switch hotels because it wasn’t in the right area I was suppose to be and they never responded to Expedia so I could do so.

Horrible experience! The entire ordeal was terrible. I have requested my full refund from and recently contacted my credit card company along with Quality Hotels Inc. The check in was a complete disaster. I waited for the front desk person to check me in. Totally unoccupied. Inadvertently alarm going off. A team member walks in my room unannounced. Totally unacceptable! The overall conditions of the hotel and cleanliness was below standards. I would have checked out after the 1 st night. Unfortunately the weather conditions in Myrtle beach was bad.

asked that the room be made up in an hour as we were getting ready and needed more time. Never came back to clean the room. Trash was never emptied , had to get clean towels ourselves. Not at all pleased with the service.

Overall the property was clean and the help was accommodating. However, it was 30° outside and when I went to the room it clearly had not had heat turned on in some time and therefore was freezing. I turned the heat on and it ran all night in the room. Was still freezing with no ancillary blankets in the morning.

This hotel was off the charts out of touch. I was terrified what could happen from ned bugs to germs to mold and inoperable amenities. Scary from the outside even. DO NOT BOOK HERE. You will be disappointed at best.

Cheap stay
Our stay was short and we didn't spend much time in the room, but overall it was good. The room could have used some repairs. The hotel is very close to shopping, so that's a plus!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE We booked a room with this hotel on 11/23. The receptionist was very pleasant. However, the minute we opened the door to our room (306) a roach fell off of the door. My husband killed it and We then went back to the front desk to let the receptionist know. She offered another room (111)and when we went to that one there was literally a bed bug on the wall. We went back to the front desk and told the receptionist and we informed her that we were leaving. She said that we would have to speak with the manager in reference to a refund. The manager was RUDE!!!!!!!!! He tried to tell me that we stayed at that filthy hotel for 45 minutes and so he would not give us back our money. There was no way we stayed there for 45 minutes in that nastiness

We had horrible neighbors. The room that adjoined ours must have had paper for doors. We heard everything they said and I'm sure they heard us. Only problem they were using horrible language until early in the morning. Room across the hall had a dog and it barked much of the time. Facility was nice and I our room was comfortable.

The management and ownership of this property lessen the brand name of the hotel. He was rude and very unprofessional. The property owner does not understand American hospitality or customer service. Tiny rooms, sticky floors and the beds were filthy. I noticed a bad smell coming from the bed and you'd never guess what I found. A refund requested but was not granted. I stayed for about 30 minutes before heading elsewhere. I'd post pictures but the app is preventing me from uploading.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever encountered. I will not recommend to anyone. I will tell them to stay away. I have pictures of mold growing out of the coffee maker in room. Room was on first floor. Latch on window was broken along with crack in glass. Stains on bedding, rust on tub and pubic hairs in shower. Sketchy individuals hanging out in parking lot all night long ever night. Back door to building by pool didn’t shut all the way. Anyone could gain access. Unsafe for sure! Walls are so thin you could hear people in and out of the building all night long and people snoring in next room over. Pool was a nasty hue of green. I have pictures of all and plan on contacting Expedia for my money back. I suggest Expedia take this hotel off their list as nobody deserves to spend their hard earned money on a hotel of this capacity.

Moved my daughter into college. Arrived and the system was down. The were quick to get us in the room but we did have to wait a little bit to get our room key. Thetv would not work and the only option was to move to a different room that did not fit our needs so we had to stay.

This place is NOT suitable for a short or long stay! They have roaches and bed bugs smells like mold! Boyfriend and I have allergies and asthma triggered us the hour or so we were in the room. After seeing the roach we decided on getting a new room some place else. Woke up the next morning with bed bugs bite all over us. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted the manager will not issue a refund even though we had to take a trip to the urgent care and throw things out and thoroughly check out or dogs and their beds. This is truly unacceptable. NOT WORTH BRINGING THESE CRITTER home with you and getting chewed on. For those who are wondering I stayed in room 110 this means nothing because they have legs and will go wherever they want!
