Needs some work

Pros: Close to Broadway at the Beach
Cons: Redo the rooms.
Location: Great for everything at Broadway at the Beach.
Tried to check in early and the front desk told us they would call us when they had a room for us. Four PM came and still no call. We went back to the desk and they gave us a room and did not say anything about not calling us. Walked into the room and the carpet was ripped and needed replacing. Room had various hairs all around the room such as towels, toilet seat and sink. The location is great for walking around the Broadway at the Beach. Room was not what I would expect for the price.

Fabulous stay

We were in a room with a balcony and our back door was within view of everything. We walked everywhere that Broadway At The Beach had to offer! Restaurants with great, Celebrity Square (crocodile rocks was the BEST)! Lots to do for EVERYONE ! Outside pool could be bigger with more seating/lounge chairs (there were only 4)

Broadway at the Beach

Pros: Everything, even down to the availability of a PC and the location to the events going on the Boardwalk.
Cons: Might want to keep the ducks out of the swimming pool...
Location: Location was great. We could view the entire boardwalk from the window in our room.
We were welcomed by the staff. The breakfast was very good. The layout of the restaurant was excellent. I am not certain there could be an improvement in how every phase of our stay could have been better.

We've been to this Hampton Inn for a number of years and they have made improvements to the entire hotel. New pool, new lobby, nicer setup in the continental breakfast area, and in the rooms. The convenience to Broadway makes this our choice when staying in the area when it's not a beach focused vacation.

Everything was great with the free full breakfast and indoor pool. They have secure doors and fast elevators. The only issue was the bed. Not horrible but not as comfy as other hotels. Would stay again due to clean environment and closeness of fun things to do!

First have always loved this Hotel. I have been coming here for years. The location is amazing. When we arrived the Staff was amazing. Kind, Helpful, and accommodating. Down hill from here..... We got to the room and our view was horrible... The parking Lot! I felt for the amount we paid over 130.00 (w tax) we should have gotten a better view. This is the off season!!!!! Next the room.... Clean on the surface- Yes. But once we turned on the lights we noticed chipped paint, water marks on the ceiling. Carpets that needed replacing..(or at leased a good cleaning)! Breakfast was good. Location is good if you are ONLY going to Broadway on the Beach. But in the end we were very disappointed.

Love the Hotel and the staff in the breakfast area are very friendly. Enjoyed that you can walk to all the different restaurants on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Location: My son goes to Coastal Carolina. We can stay here and have plenty to do, even off season, and get to his school within minutes!
This is our 2nd time here and it again was a great stay! I love the location, the accomodations are so comfortable, breakfast is good, and the front desk staff is always so helpful and pleasant. You can't beat being able to just walk outside and have shops, games and tons of good food to eat!
