Room was very clean. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Contactless check in and check out, so we came and went as we pleased. Traveled with two kids and had a great time! Will stay again.

Air stopped working, even called and couldn’t make it work. One of the beds was either broken or unhinged. Sitting, rolling over and tried moving it but nothing worked. Any movement kept is up. The cleaning staff was loud and had no regard for others that may be still sleeping. Good options for breakfast. Walls in bathroom could be cleaned.

Great Clean Hotel !!!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach-West. We were celebrating our 39-year wedding anniversary this week. We had spent three days in Florence, KY. earlier in the week at the Holiday Inn. We found out they had a bug problem. Our last day, we found ants crawling on our bed and a chair. We will not stay there again. We do plan on returning to this particular Hampton Inn when we return back to Myrtle Beach. The staff were courteous and provided everything that we needed during our stay.

Everything about this Hampton Inn was a 10! Breakfast was how a breakfast bar should be - cereal, oatmeal with toppings, eggs, waffles, coffee, creamers, fruit! We will plan to stay here again when visiting our CCU student.

I like that we did not hear any traffic or revving motorcycles. I did not like the elevators. My husband got temporarily stuck in one for about a minute. The maintenance guy got stuck in it as well but was able to pry it open. The opened and closed that particular elevator multiple times throughout our 4 night stay ( if you’re looking at the elevators, it’s the one on the left ). Love the fresh baked cookies at the front desk and the variety of breakfast items
