“An excellent holiday”

My travel companion and I were very pleased with the hotel, the location, the amenities and the neighboring dining facilities. Everything we wanted to do/see was convenient to the hotel. We especially enjoyed the serene outdoor surroundings, including the pond complete with turtles and alligator.

Professional, helpful & friendly staff - rooms were clean. Only issue was the elevator was out of service for most of the day / night. They explained an outside vendor had been called & they were waiting for a part to arrive. The staff apologized for the inconvenence & did their best to be accomodating.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed the pond out front with the alligator. I would stay there again.

“Pawleys Island Hampton Inn - needs a little work”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the quality of the rooms wasn't what I expected. The first nights room had a problem with the vanity drain being clogged so I was upgraded to a suite. The suite A/C water drainage system didn't work resulting in the carpet being wet and smelly.

“FIRE ALARM”

ON THE LAST NIGHT THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 4:AM IN THE MORNING FOR 20 MINUTES
