“This hotel is awesome”

The hotel is awesome. the rooms are very nicely decorated and there more like apartments or condos. This place is really nice. The landscaping is great. Nice employees. IT is at the end of myrtle beach. the very end of the strip but other than that this place is great and its quit.

“Not impressed”

If you stayed at their Orange Lake in Orlando you will be extremely disappointed in this place. Way overpriced and nowhere near as nice. I stayed at Orange Lake twice and loved it and payed less than half the price compard to this place. We had many mosquitos in our room and had to have them spray the room. I ask for a higher level room with a nice view when I booked and got stuck on the first floor with no view. I feel like I was ripped off. I would never go back and we ripped them at their timeshare presentation and told them we would never buy with them because they are a disappointment.

“NOT impresssed.”

If they were trying to impress us and get us to sign up for a time share type purchase, they did not try very hard. Area is great. Close to beach--crossing a busy street. No view from our unit. Heat/air conditioning unit was very noisy. Should have had a thermostat type system. Kitchen area was compact, clean and well supplied with dishes. No stove, only a microwave. Did have a coffee maker and coffee supply for one day. No stopper in the sink so that you could do dishes. Kitchen sink faucets were put in wrong. Turned off in opposite directions and just kept going. Crowded. Had to move dining table to get out on the small deck and then reposition it to sit and eat there. Bath room was poorly constructed. Shower curtain was hung but the hooks were not closed--my husband did close them so that when you pulled the curtain it did not come off. Pool is located in another building separate from rental units. They do have a building on the beach that hotel stayers can us--best to drive there so they said. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it. If you have a family, it is not the place for you. There are many more nice places on the beach.

“Not impressed.”

We had a reseveration for 3 nights, but were getting in early. I tried calling to see if they could get a room for the previous night and was told they were all sold out. When we arrived, only 1 other guest in our building. I was very disappointed that they would not accomodate us. Also, the rooms are in need of some updating. The pillows were the worst I have every slept on and the couch looked like it was falling apart. Also were somewhat harassed about taking the tour to buy a time share

Nice set of poll this was a come back experience, like the surroanding areas park everything was good.

“A steal for the price”

This was a great hotel. The only thing we were expecting was housekeeping. We had to reuse our towels all week. A washer, dryer and soap is provided, but laundry is the last thing I want to do on vacation. Especially when it isn't expected. Otherwise our room was great. And there is a jacuzzi tub which wasn't mentioned on the expedia website *bonus*! I would recommend this place to anyone!

“We'll stay here again”

Great room with great amenities in the resort. The staff was friendly, helpful and not too pushy in selling timeshares in the resort. The prompt service in removing a small lizard from inside our screened balcony was the clincher! The only downside was that the pool area in the lazy river section was a little overdue for some tile and landscaping maintenance. All in all, a great place to relax.
