“Worst Dump I've ever stayed at!!!!! RUN!!!”

Terrible hotel, Bates hotel would have been better!!!!!

Please don't stay here it is horrific. My child at 5 said it was yucky....horrible horrible hotel. They need to clean and take better care of the place. I am still hoping that the 3 hours we were there we didn't pick up any critters..... UGH

I would like to apologize for your horrible experience. I have only been the General Manager of Signature Boutique since August 26th and we do understand that changes to this property are a must. We have been working non stop to correct the conditions of the rooms and get the hotel back on track. We hope that you will come and give us another chance to make your experience the best possible.

“"Okay for the price"”

It was okay for the price I paid, I would go back at the same price, just take my own coffee, etc.

“Nightmare of a hotelCarla”

When we finally go a room, we could not get into it because keys did not work. Had to go back to office for them to reactivate key and it still did not work. We did not get key to work until last night of our stay. We had to go hunt someone down everytime to let us in. The room had the most horrible smell (like a dead animal. They gave us two towels but only left us one dirty towel when they cleaned the room. We were told they were out of towels. We heard other customers complaining too. They could not get into their rooms and one family got in their room to find other people still there..

We are under new management and I would like to personally apologize for the inconveinence you incurred during your stay. We have addressed the lock and key situation and can assure you that this will not happen again. We are also working on the "smell" of the room by removing the a/c units and cleaning them from inside out. We also have an extra large supply of towels so that the appropriate amounts are in every room. As far as finding people in the room that were checked into, this is a training issue and I am retraining all staff members myself. We encourage you to give us a chance in providing the best customer service. We are under new management and I would like to personally apologize for the inconveinence you incurred during your stay. “Stay Somewhere Else”

Reserved handicapped room; at check-in offerred handicapped room that they said door lock was broken so ended in non-handicapped room; room was filthy with pile of leaves and debris behind entrance door; bathtub was disgusting; no towels 1st night and no washclothes or soap provided over 3 day stay; leak in pipe above doorway to room so got dripped on entering or exiting room. Positives-bed comfortable and allowed pets. Would have left the 1st night, but Bike Week and no other room available in area.
