Room,handicap with poor shower,had to sit down because so low,water cold.Could not get a room change as a wedding party and rooms all full.Lower street level on busy road.Noisey so no sleep.Late breakfast at 7am of which I had left by then.WOULD NOT RECCOMEND !

The front office staff was friendly, however the service staff was unfriendly. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. The breakfast was a joke. No variety. It was waffles or nothing. Overall, the price of my stay was a lot higher than the quality of the facility. I would not stay at a Quality Inn again.

I'd rate the breakfast as poor (coffee in styrofoam cups, no eggs or breakfast meat, only toast, self dispensed cold cereal and waffles). Worst, our shower water never got hot. It was barely lukewarm. The room, bed and pillows were nice, however, and the ac worked great. The TV was Spectrum with endless options (3 different channel menus), and I was able to connect my laptop to access MLB, Netflix and Prime.

Booked two rooms however the hotel only had one room for our party and told me it wasn't their problem and they were not responsible. Thankfully Expedia found us another hotel. The next morning i was told by their quality inn staff that it was in fact their mistake they missed the 2nd booking

The hotel and our room were clean. The staff was very personable. The back door to the property did not lock so anyone could walk into the property.

I have enjoyed my stay. Only suggestion for breakfast: have an oil spray (Pam or generic brand) to spray the waffle maker so waffles won't be difficult to remove from waffle maker to plate.
