We were staying for a quick overnight, prior to flying out in the morning. We were hoping for a good night of sleep. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was a level of noisy that I have never experienced before. It sounded like a plane taking off every time that it kicked in. I tried lowering it as much as possible (but we still needed to stay cool), adjusting the fan speed, etc. No luck. It was awful.

The property was nice. I enjoyed the clean and spacious room. The bar area and dj were awesome. I didn't enjoy the check in process. They need to make things more better with that i pre checked in and it still took them close to 2 hours before my room was ready

I had children and they don’t clean until the day you leave. I was planning to tip real good at this vacay because of the 4 kids. If it wasn’t for me having our own towels, bought a broom from Walmart, that room was getting heavily dirty. Never again at this hotel atleast clean every other day.

Plenty of pool options. 1ft to 4.6 inch pools for the kids and lady rivers. It’s kid friendly so we loved that. Downfall were the slow elevators.

This property was so unorganized. We booked for a 2 day stay and on the following day around 4:30 our room keys were deactivated and we couldn’t get back into our room. We were met at the outside of our room door by another family who was assigned our room and given access via keys and was able to open our room door while we weren’t present and decided to wait to see if we showed back up. Also the air upfront was not working properly and the 2 pillow cases on the King size bed had mildew… Will NEVER book here again

Resort was great grandson really enjoyed the lazy river the live music every night at the beach bar was a plus for the adults walking distance to family kingdom I would recommend to bring your own beach towels

It brought alot of good memories. I was there 50 years ago when I was a teenager with my family. We enjoyed walking on the beach, have a few drinks at the tiki bar by the beach, and walking down the road, had lunch in a Roadhouse restaurant, the amusement park brought back alot of memories. We really enjoyed our stay.

We booked this property as a family vacation for the week of spring break. Check in went smoothly, and we carried our luggage and children to the third floor. We weren’t impressed with the cleanliness of the room, but that’s to be expected with the price of the hotel stay. The reason we give it 1 star is due to the non family atmosphere. This is not a family resort, it’s a club. Music is played at the bar downstairs, by a DJ with loudspeakers, until 11pm every night. Our room happened to be on third floor above the bar; so our room windows and walls were vibrating. And this was not family friendly music.. My autistic son was pacing covering his ears in our room. Ultimately we checked out with a refund almost as soon as checking in.. we were told by employees they can’t turn the music down, and if we left, “they didn’t blame us.”

Easy to find, good parking, nice room, good water pressure. Negative: dj is extremely loud until 11. On the 7th floor you can feel the bass thumping to club music. Elevators had long waits, so we used the stairs.

Very basic. It had a kitchenette but no paper towels, sponge, dishtowel. It was clean. Area was convenient to attractions. Check in took a while. There were 4 employees at the desk, but they often answered the phones rather than processing the people in line (the line was out the door).
