“Will visit again”

Clean hotel, clean room, friendly staff. Location was very convenient to golf, restaurants, casino boat and shopping. Breakfast was simple with coffee, juices, breads and cereals. Bathroom was small but again, was clean. Price was right. We will return to this hotel again.

Area recommendations

North Myrtle Beach for the golf, restaurants and shopping. There is so much more to do here than Surfside, Garden City, southern end of MB.

“Clean and Decent”

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and our overall experience was very positive. If you're looking for 5-star amenities, this isn't the place place for you. But if you're looking for a place that's clean, where the room is adequate, and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg to get it, then this place will work. We'd definitely come back.

“Great place!”

We found this place at the last minute. The staff was wonderfully courteous, the room in great shape, the pool area a lot of fun! Incredible quality for the price!

Area recommendations

Calabash! The home of the world's best fried shrimp! You've GOT to go there; just a couple of miles north. The restaurants at the end of the little dead end road (ends at the water) are all great; we've been there many times over many years.

“Very pleased with Sleep Inn At Harbour View - Little River (North Myrtle Beach)”

I stayed at the Sleep Inn At Harbour View for 3 nights: Aug 2,3,4 of 2011 with my 2 teen boys. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is nothing I can even think of to criticize the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless from the start and each day we returned. The house keepers were very friendly and obviously liked their jobs which speaks well of management. I felt bad one day when we came back to the room and one of my boys did know know his swim suit pockets were full of beach sand. We had sand all over the carpeting but the next morning after housekeeping came through the room was right back in to perfect condition. The pool was clean and warm and a bit different in that it is half indoor and half outdoor pool. The continental breakfast is very typical of one you will find anywhere. Waffles, cereal, basic fruit, rolls and bagels, and yogurt. I would have absolutely no problem with going back to this hotel.

Area recommendations

1. I recommend Cherry Grove Beach if you are staying in the North Myrtle Beach area unless of course you enjoy the crowds and the bustle of the main Myrtle Beach. I enjoyed the lighter crowds at Cherry Grove. You have the same sand, same ocean waves just less people and you have free parking. 2. The mini golf course right next to the Sleep Inn At Harbour View is one of the nicer courses AND the hotel gives you a discount to play there. 3. Try out the Little River Diner just down the road from the Sleep Inn At Harbour View. It is a privately owned/operated diner with good food and fair prices.

“Great Location, Great Value”

The hotel was just what we needed for our stay with 2 adults and 2 small children. The breakfast and pool were great inclusive extras and it was very close to the local beach. Lots of restaurants and recreation were close by. We had a great time!

“Everything we needed”

“Would definitely stay again.”

The experience was nice. They check-in lady was very nice and helped us with any questions. The room was very clean, and everything was just as described on the website. When we left for the day to do some shopping and looking around we came back to a clean room with everything restocked and back in its place. The bed was extremely comfortable. So over all we had a wonderful experience, and i will definitely stay there again.

“very nice for the price!”

we were pleasantly surprised with the condition of the hotel,the cleanliness and comfort of the room,the way that the staff genuinely went out of their way to serve our needs,the availability of a spa at the poolside,as well as the nice continental breakfast. the location was good for the north myrtle beach area,(5 min to cherry grove inlet and 5 min to the casino boats. overall we were very satisfied with this hotel,especially when considering the price!

cherry grove fishing pier is a pier that extends quite a distance out from the beach and for fee of $1.50 an individual can stroll out to the end for a nice walk out to sea.the casino boat was a great time for a nominal cost(the boat sails out to sea for 45 mins before gambling starts and there's buffet served).

When to go

we went here in the third week of september which meant low volume of people and cars and the temps were in the mid 80's and the water was still warm.

Outdoors or beach

if you like solitude, go to Huntington Beach State Park which south of south myrtle beach (45-50 min drive from this hotel),it's a beautiful beach as well a bird santuary.

“Free golf and on the route to the casino cruise”

We specified late check in on our reservations, and everything was arranged when we arrived at the hotel after 11 pm. There was no hassle with check in, they gave us free golf passes to the neighboring golf course as advertised on the website, nice free continental breakfast. Only complaint is the bathroom was small. Room was clean, beds gave us a choice of firmness labeled on the case of our pillows. Overall very comfortable and pleasant.

The area we stayed in was perfect, close to Calabash for lunch deals on awesome food and the casino cruise shuttle picked us up at the hotel!

“"Run of the mill"”

Hotel was o.k. pleasant staff, clean and comfortable.

Area recommendations

North Myrtle is not as crowded with tourist. More locals. They know were to go for good food at local resturants. Happy hour was great. Drinks as well as half off apps.
