Pros: NOTHING
Cons: New staff, new rooms, new hotel...
Location: there was not anything close by , that I remember. It was closest to our destination, was the only reason we stayed there..
The hotel staff was not the least bit friendly. The room was VERY small. The beds were so high I had to jump to get in it..We will never stay at this hotel again, no matter how close it is. And it took about 30-45 minutes to get to the beach, depending on traffic. So, NOT close to the beach at all..

Musty Smell

Upon opening the door the smell of the room hit me in the face. After getting over the initial impact my expectations were very small. The room was typical and the shower left something to be desired. The continental breakfast however was excellent !!! The breakfast would be the only reason I would ever stay there again.

First & LAST time at a Sleep Inn & Suites

Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: Everything from housecleaning, to a better breakfast. Better staff as when I explained about the bug situation in the bathroom they didn't care.
This place was not a nice experience at all. The room was very small for a"Suite" style, the only thing that was nice were the beds were pretty good. The bathroom was so outdated and bugs flying in the shower. Very dirty. So dirty I never took my shoes off. The breakfast was horrific, I made a waffle and I think it was rancid. This was the first time staying with this chain and it will be the last time.

Very small room & no closet space

Pros: It was located on Highway 501 and easy to get to.
Cons: Customer service was very poor, must be addressed. Room are too small
When check into the hotel and interrupted the desk clerk's pizza dinner. The clerk appeared annoyed that we were checking in. Asked if we could use the rest room after a long ride and was told that someone had messed it up and it was out of order. There were 4 of us traveling, my wife, 2 teenagers, and myself. We were staying 3 nights so we need storage space for our clothes. The closet was too small to use the hangers and close the door. Our luggage would not fit into the closet. Every day we were there we had to have the room door keys redone because they expired each day.

Not again.

Cons: everything
The breakfast sucked.The heat in room was on when i checked in and it was 85 outside.Almost left. Had something that looked like gravy but was ice cold.Got breakfast out.Will not stay here again.

Welcoming staff and convenient location

Pros: On line looking for place to stay for a funeral we were going to in SC
Cons: Only the coffee was a bit too strong for my taste .
Location: Spent all our time with family
Our family traveled to South Carolina for a funeral. We made reservations quickly of course and we happy to find it exactly as shown on their web page. When we arrived we asked to add a third room and they went above and beyond to accomadate us with adjoining rooms. Could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. Would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Clean and friendly

Pros: Overall, great hotel with extremely friendly personnel
Location: It's the Myrtle Beach area, what can I say
The initial check-in process wasn't what we expected because I had paid for a king bed in one room and 2 queens in the 2nd room, but no kings were available . We ended up with another 2 queen bed room, but it was comfortable and worked out fine. Breakfast was good and the food area was kept clean.
