My first room smelled like smoke and did not match my booking. The second room had roaches. The pools didn't work, neither did the bat or cafe. Only the arcade which was useless to us. Then to top it off house keeping knocked on our door one hour earlier than checkout asking us to leave. All of this was reported and I was refunded. I normally have a decent to good experience here but this stay was horrible.

I was upset about the fact neither pools were open and that there was a roach in the bathroom and when we were about to leave my friend had a bed buf on them and there was stains on the sheets and hair.

Booked at this hotel primarily for my grands to enjoy an indoor pool. Indoor pool was not available. Arcade room didn't have working coin exchange machine. My grands had ver little entertainment on sight because the weather was somewhat bad

Receptionists are unprofessional and rude, manager completely ignores guest needs. Unapologetic behavior. Only Housekeeping manager did a great job with the problem with our room. Besides that, is a waste of money. Never again.

Hotel pool was under construction and the indoor pool that was supposed to be heated was empty and later on when they fill it up was so cold, room wasn't clean ,air/heater was filthy and terrace door didn't lock,otherwise staff was nice and helpful in everything else.

Overall room was clean for the most part but basically all the amenities where under construction or not working elevators are very weird also you can hit the but to go down and end up going up and down a few times before actually going all the way down also when I called after reservations to inquire about extra packages they offer never received a call or email back or to me informed that a fraternity was hosting an event there and it was not peaceful at all having college kids yelling off there balconies setting off illegal fireworks scaring us half to death in our sleeps had I been informed I might have chosen a different hotel because overall I was not happy for how much I spent to basically not be able to do anything or even sleep peacefully

I liked it there. Price was good. Parking was good. Right next to beach. I wish they had a Continental breakfast or at least coffee (vs the room coffee). The woman who checked me in was great. Do not know her name though.

Pool was closed which was the main reason we chose the property. We purchased ocean front and was given a side room instead with a limited view of the hotel next door. No dining onsite as was listed. Outside was a construction site that had been postponed by the city for whatever reason. No outdoor pool to be seen. I’m not sure what cleaner they use but it wreaked of carcass. Our room smelled so bad. I wanted so bad to demand a refund but we had to have somewhere to stay for my daughters cheer comp. I will say, the employees were very nice at least. Good luck.

Room 320 had a couple spots were the paint was chipping the closet was dirty, and the shower wouldn’t stay closed. I paid for a kitchen with an oven in my room and got a room with just a fridge and a microwave.

Never Again!
The smell of marijuana was prevalent all through the halls, even on the balcony! I thought this was a No Smoking establishment! No maid service! Hallways were dirty! Carpet was filthy! Brochure's for pizza delivery was laying in hallway for 11 days and never picked up! No working ice Machine! Our room was never vacuumed, swept or mopped in 11 days! I reserved a King Size bed and received 2 Queen Size beds. Had to change rooms so worrisome!

The room had ROACHES!!!! We had a kitchenette that didnt work. Microwave didnt work. Fridge shut off and on. Called front desk and they desk and they never came to fix or offer to change rooms due to Roaches and non working items.
