The hotel is under renovation, however, that doesn't account for overflowing trash cans in the parking area, unswept elevators, and somewhat sticky hard floors. The outdoor pool was beautiful even though the weather did not invite its use. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. My room seemed to have been renovated. It was clean, attractive, and comfortable.

Ho hum room for a resort

Old building needing repair. View was good. Toilet ran constantly, but was repaired promptly. Other guests came in the middle of the night talking loud, slamming doors, banging around. Next night at 1:00AM. Same guests, noises for about 1/2 hr. And we're smoking something that didn't smell like tobacco.

Was nice to be able to be close to the beach.

Pros: private and close to beach.
Cons: have smoking rooms
Location: There were a lot of shops close at hand and restaraunts
We enjoyed being able to get to the beach without a lot of hassle of driving to it. The room was comfortable and private.

Friendly staff and clean room!

Staff were very helpful with our needs. The toilet water kept running on our toilet and wouldn't stop, but The hotel made it right so it was all good in the end. Overal a great place and I would definitely go back!

Room not very clean room ceiling looked like it hade mold on it. Shower looked nasty. Bed was so uncomfortable the next day it was hard to walk. 1263928111094501

Not a 3-Star hotel

Thought we were getting a really good deal on a supposedly 3-Star rated hotel room with an ocean view. Turns out the only thing we got that could be considered "3-Star" rated was the ocean view. Sadly one doesn't visit the beach just to look at the ocean. The bed in our room was Horrible! It was visibly sunken in the middle. The comforter was paper thin and looked like it hadn't been washed Ever. One thing I found really funny was that there was No Smoking signs posted everywhere and our comforter had a huge cigarette burn on it! I know it was a burn from a cigarette, because that type of burn is unmistakable. The floor was so gross I though about asking for a vacuum, so I could clean it myself. I DID end up cleaning the bathroom with some cleaning wipes I luckily had with me. I could go on, but there's no point. Just take my advice and don't believe it when you read that this hotel has a 3-star rating!!
