Pros: The view was great.
Cons: Elevator repair. One elevator was dependable the second one was not in service.
Location: Convenient to restaurants and shops.
Hotel was fine but the weather was cool and damp. Hotel has no control of the weather, thankful for free dvd selection.

Hotel on the beach.Posted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: Not a lot. We were on the ocean, so the view was great and the beach was well cared for. There was ample free parking in their garage.
Location: The hotel is on the ocean with a well kept beach area. Restaurants and shopping nearby.
We booked a three night stay to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary. The room was on the second floor directly above the lounge. People would come out side to smoke, so between the loud music, partying noise and cigarette smoke, we had to keep our door to the balcony closed. This would go on until late at night. There was building maintence or some type of building construction being performed, that would resinate through the walls until 11 or 12 o'clock at night. After two nights of noise and smoke in our room we decided to check out a day early. While checking out we were informed we would not be refunded for the third nights room rate. We were told because we booked through Expedia that we needed to have Expedia contact the hotel to settle the 3rd night room reimbursement. The hotel is not customer friendly, you stay in one building and have to go to another for either customer service, coffe shop, and their resturant is across the street. I will not return to this hotel and definitley not recommend it to a friend. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, with the exception of the service representative that checked us out.

Family oriented but LOTS of people.Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: A family oriented place with plenty to keep the little ones active. The room was quiet and cool at night. The little kitchenette was handy.
Cons: Fix dryer vent not to heat the balcony. The shower shouldn't be the only way to fill a tub. CLEAN THE FLOOR/carpet better-Bottle caps and trash on it.
Location: Not too far from the pier and central area, maybe 6-8 blocks. Lots of shopping and restaurants (with long waits) within a short drive.
Fortunately, we were traveling with the little ones, not on a romantic trip. There were too many people checking in and out at the same time. Reception was nice, but the guests were not. Too many people, in general makes it unlikely we will stay there again. Parking is in a tower across the street making for lines of cars loading and unloading. Our ocean view room had a small balcony, which was a nice little surprise. Sadly, a dryer vent blew hot air onto the balcony most of the time, making it steamy hot even late at night. It also made a glass of wine taste like a dryer sheet smells. The tub/shower combo would have been fine if we could have gotten the water out the faucet instead of just the shower head; that was awkward with babies at bath time. There is only one public lobby for all of the buildings and it is small. So, finding an indoor place to wait for check in with 2 babies was a challenge. On the plus side, there were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, and the lazy river and indoor kiddie pool were a nice relief from the sun. $30 per day for a small umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach seemed pricey. In spite of the umbrella-only ordinance, there seemed to be a privileged few who could put up canopies in front of this hotel.

Nice place to stayPosted Sep 11, 2014
They told us that they would be remodeling our room, but it was very nice to start with. The staff was amazing, and everything was very clean. My family had a great time.
