Make sure exhaust fan works!

The room we had had a great view of the ocean, but the exhaust fan in the bathroom was missing and showers became a sauna. Also, there were gaps at the door and above the AC so humidity was pulled in making it difficult to cool the room. The front desk person checking me out messed up and double billed me for room (and other stuff) on 2 different cards. It took a week to drop off. We had to go to a different location for breakfast, but it was a buffet so it was worth it!

The floors were not well cleaned from the last guests, I don't think. They appeared to not have been mopped and were sandy. The kitchen area by the oven had not been well cleaned either. Service was excellent as usual but more attention to room cleaning is needed.

Rooms are owned by individuals. Old building. Beds in our room were unuseable and slept in the floor

Great view, room need remodel.

Room was great being 6th floor, ocean front, but needs a total remodel. Old sliding doors, old furniture. Pillows were super hard. It was a great area though. We loved Pawleys Island.

It’s overpriced for an Inn. It has front beach view but the quality of room doesn’t accommodate with the price.
