nice hotel right on the beachPosted Dec 19, 2013
Pros: lots of space and overlooked the beach
Cons: Equipment somewhat dated but all worked well
Location: Right on beach
I had a late check in , all went well, room was great, they allowed a late check out and my experience was great. I will stay here again. parking garage was very secure and better than parking outside.

Waters Edge, Never againPosted Oct 14, 2013
Cons: Clean the rooms!
Location: That is fine
Staff was OK with what they have very dirty and dated. First and Last time for me. If it was 1/2 price it would have been overpriced will not use Expidia again if this is the type place they recommend.

Pros: The view of the water was fantastic. We spent all of our time on the balcony. Better chairs out there would have gone a long way.
Cons: See comments above. The inside needs a major facelift. Nothing fancy, but just working/clean/functional.
Construction noise woke us up every morning. Handles fell off in our hands as we opened the lobby to the elevator. Only one elevator worked so we spent a lot of time waiting to get to the 15th floor. Cobwebs on the walls throughout the unit. Rust in the washer. Couches were ripped and stained. We used towels as protection when we sat on them. Furniture broken and looked awful. (A quick visit to Ikea would help in this area for just a few bucks...don't need anything fancy but durable and simple/new.) The only saving grace was the balcony overlooking the ocean was terrific and the bed was comfortable. We were there for bike week and appreciated the bike cleaning area in the parking garage. Look forward to returning when the entire place has had a major face lift. It's due time. Great location but someone needs to pay attention to updating the inside.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was just right where we wanted to be. Asked them to change the air filter for the AC, it was never changed. Looked like it was changed some time last year. They were doing some remodeling to the pool deck, which really looked nice. Maybe a little more attention to the rooms. The rooms themselves were very roomy and comfortable. Maintenance needed to be stepped up a notch.
