Close to the beach

Posted May 26, 2015
Hotel room was very clean. The bathroom sink had low water pressure and the toilet had to be flushed twice before anything went down. Was a cheap and last resort for the occasion. Don't settle though unless you really have to. Housekeeping was friendly until she ask for her tip up front because she was going to be off on check out day. This was a lie though...

Wave rider experience

Posted Feb 10, 2015
The hotel was clean, but front end staff was very lazy as was maid service. I ran out of toilet paper and rhe front end said thy had nobway to get more because the maid service was gone for rhe day. Then, My one year threw up all over the bed so we left a note for new sheets and bed spread. They left it folded on the bed and didn't even put it on for us. Also, didn't leave clean towels one day, or take out trash. I would gibaxk because price is good but don't expect anything from maid service.

Pros: I liked the friendly staff. Checking in was great. They fixed the mistakes to my bill.
Cons: The hotel and rooms need updating/
Location: The location was great, not too long of a walk for me personally to the activities on the strip.
The staff are super friendly and the location was great. The problems I had with the hotel, was mainly cleanliness. The sofa sleeper couch was dirty and had a few holes in the couch. We put a sheet over the couch so we could sit, it looked to sketchy for me. The door leading to the balcony wasn't working properly, it would not open all the way up. If one were to be a larger person, they would not be able to get through the door. The shower could have been a little cleaner as well as the toilet. Towels are rough. It's an ok room if you don't plan to be tied down to the room the entire stay, which is what my family did, we were active the entire day and used the room to rest at night. It wasn't up to my personal standards, the room needs some updating, the entire hotel could use some updating.

You don't get what you pay for.

Posted Jul 1, 2014
The location of the hotel is okay for price. Not a far distance from the beach. Hotel staff is nonexistent before 10. I had trouble getting in contact with anyone prior to trip. When we arrived and got to the room it was okay. Phone jack had been ripped out of wall upon discovering the phone didn't work and was broke. The cable jack outlet was hanging off the wall. Housekeeping was never consistent we went a whole day without seeing a housekeeper before begging for towels and washcloths. Where our room was it was located next to a parking deck that shined lights from cars directly through our balcony. If you just need to get away place is fine, but I wouldn't recommend anyone here.

Don't waist ur money just cuz it's cheap

Posted May 23, 2014
U get what u pay for it's really out dated and there ghetto elevator it was really freaky and no vending machine and the coke machine was empty and they hotel closes at 6pm and beds where hard as crap nd there is a door hooking to rooms together and the fan sounded like it was going to fall and we had to sit in the car for 4 hours waiting for her to open cuz she didn't tell me the keys where in her mail box so we didn't even stay 1 of our 3 nights and they wouldn't work with me on the price for that

"Paradise Ain't Cheap"

Posted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Indoor pool area needed more attention. (Outdoor pool was not yet open for season).
We laughed at the sign on the back of our room door, "Paradise Ain't Cheap" and thought, "But this is". While not Paradise, we were happy to find a quiet, affordable room for our family with a kitchenette, across from the beach. Unfortunately, it took maintenance two visits to get the bathroom sink snaked and draining. Otherwise, room was very comfortable, and desk staff was very accommodating.

ok you get what you pay for

Posted Aug 7, 2013
Pros: pool area
Cons: everything. the staff needs to be on duty 24/7
Location: location was good you could still see the ocean but still a little ways to walk to attractions
It was ok you get what you pay for. Room had a smell, not the cleanest hotel. Didn't like that the lobby was closed thru the night so if you needed something there was no one there. pool was nice. The snack and pop machine looked like they had been in there for years.
