“Okay for the price...”

The hotel was an awesome deal and our room was kept very clean. The only real problem was that we stayed in one of their nicest rooms and could not use the large jacuzzi that was in the bedroom. It worked - sort of - but roared like a jet engine and was obviously burning out. No one in their right mind would want to turn it on and less you wanted to torture yourself. Also, we had only one light in the bedroom area, the bedside light and ceiling light near the jacuzzi were burnt out. Other than that, the room was lovely, clean and nicely decorated.

Pros: Nice big room, whirlpool, big bathroom, extra bed if you need it. Cons: iron was missing, loud party outside until 1am...

“Place to crash”

We rented the deluxe king room with jauzzi tub(the jetted tub was just a regular size tub w/shower). When we walked into the room we ran right into the bed the room was a funky shape but plenty big. There were no towels in the room so the lady in the lobby sent me to the laudry area to pick up my towels and it took a couple visits to find anyone w/towels. The grounds were nice and they had plenty of tables and firepits for hanging outside. Overall the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable so if your looking for a comfy place to crash at a good value I would recommend it. Not very romance if that's what your looking for you might want to spend acouple more $$$'s.

“Would avoid at all cost!”

Last minute trip to casino left us limited options to stay at. So while this place is close the the casino, that is about it it has going for it. The rooms are odd shaped, unclean, and for the money not worth it. The rooms all share common doors with ajoining room, and you can hear everything. We were woken up numerous times but voices, banging. Large amount of the clientel seems to be college age kids. And lots of partying going on at all hours.. So if you like a dirty, noisy room this is the place for you...If not, try someplace else.

“Very nice hotel & convenient location!”

The hotel was extremely neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. There was great transportation to the casino ie. limo and party van. Would definitely stay again!

“not impressed”

first night - room had not been cleaned properly -e.g. empty juice box under chair. 3nd night - mgment said they didn't know we were staying two nights (see expedia confirmation) and room had not been tidied - wet/dirty towels on floor as we left them in a.m. Staff was courteous and broght dry towels promptly. phone did not work so any corrections needed to be taken to office in person.

“Not impressed”

Room was small for two queen beds. The "Whirlpool Suite" was a small room with a regular size bathtub with jets. They had no regular coffee. The manager said someone made an ordering mistake. I really enjoy fresh coffee in the morning to get going and there was none. none nearby either. But it was the cheapest room I could find so I guess I got what I paid for. Almost

“"Not Impressed"”

No telephone in room. No bedside lamps. Only annoying overhead fluorescent lighting, half of which didnt work, so room was VERY dark and gloomy. Handheld shower sprayer was left pointed out into the bathroom, therefore while preparing to wash my hair, I ended up with a shower afterall, (water all over my clothing and shoes). Poor lighting in the bathroom also, and only 1 bulb was working. Again, VERY dark and gloomy. Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Will NOT be back. Ever.

“Excellent Casino Location Hotel”

I was kind of leary when I read the reviews previously. Some of you are so wrong. Cedar Park Whirlpool Suites was super. I'm a big guy and the whirlpool was perfect for us and super hot water. The bed...WOW! They have the Tempurpedic beds (you know the wine glass test beds) Those slept really well. We had a fridge, a microwave, an elevated TV, and plenty of room. Also we did not know, but they had a continental breakfast included. Location was everything...we were only 20 minutes south of the casinos. We had no problems with other patrons...everybody was quiet or rather we never heard any loud people around. Parking was super-no worry of having someone park too close to you.
