Mystic CtPosted Jul 19, 2014
We stay at Hampton Inns often. While the hotel was clean I feel it was not up to par with others. I feel the breakfast was not at all satisfactory. The location was very good as we were able to drive to many local spots easily.

The hotel was close to Mystic Aquarium.Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: It was close to the Mystic Aquarium. The small fridge in the room was appreciated. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: The air conditioning unit...it shuts off and then starts up and then shuts off and then starts up. It was like an interupted white noise.
Location: There is Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Olde Mystic Village and beautiful Mystic itself.
The staff members were always friendly and helpful. The room was inviting. The queen size bed was comfortable. The parking was convenient. We were able to take a walk before breakfast and then come back and enjoy a satisfying breakfast. We were able to keep some bottles of water in the small fridge in the room.

Close to aquarium and beach!Posted Jun 29, 2014
Everything was clean and orderly for my family. Breakfast had a big selection, hotel staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us to which local beach was the best and most convienant.

Close to all Mystic attractions, yet far enough awPosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Absolutely clean and comfortable
Cons: Not a thing
Location: Olde Mystic Village and the Aquarium. Town of Mystic only 2 miles away
Some slight reconstruction in lobby prevented facilities from being perfect! Otherwise, this is a hotel that we will visit often.

Disappointing hotelPosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: More choices on breakfast bar was looking for fresh lemon for my tea there was none! No cream cheese for the stale bagels!
The hotel was under renovation the breakfast was horrible limited choices and stale pastries. The tv did not access all the channels it was supposed to offer! The coffee was old and cold!

we stayed one night in order to go to Mystic Seaport. Hotel was clean in good shape and staff was very friendly. The renovations are almost completed we were able to use the breakfast seating area. Breakfast buffet very nice and very adequate. We would come back here again.

Nice hotel close to Mystic.Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Room was ready for us before check in time. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room clean on the first floor and ready for our stay with our dog.
Cons: Groups of young children were checking in at the evening time they were loud and unsupervised someone from the staff should have spoken them.
Location: With the aquarium and shops and the historical town of Mystic. Close to several state parks. Plenty to do for everyone.
Good experience with hotel, room, and Staff. If you don't like what I've written don't use it.

Cons: The breakfast area is tiny and the food was not very good
Location: Mystic seaport
We arrived about 2pm and our room was ready. The room was huge, nice cotton linens on the very comfortable bed. Great pillows too. Plenty of room for clothing in closet and dresser, nice desk, sofa and gigantic TV.
