Everything was great about my stay. Don't think the AC unit was working properly in my room but other than that was a great weekend and will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

I didn’t like not having ev charger capability and Hilton is supposed to be one of them. It smelled like manure in the morning. They charged for water in the room and limited food available. Overall I had an ok stay

Everything was good until Sunday and Monday nothing but construction over our heads all that banging and drilling …. Didn’t get much rest for me to get ready to head home …. So I left before 12 noon …. But I did like the hotel

The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The food was good and the cocktails were well made. Everyone was super nice and it’s so close to Foxwoods for a fraction of what you pay for a night at the casino.

My girlfriend in I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Upon arrival we were given the option to choose between a room on the 2nd or 4th floor. Unbeknownst to us there was a cheerleader convention in town. They were in the range of 12-14 and ran a mock on our floor, being loud and randomly knocking on our door throughout the day. We found out two hours into our stay that this was a known issue and other visitors who were previously on the 2nd floor had requested to have their rooms moved and were moved to the fourth floor. The fact that this issue was known before the option was provided to me to choose a floor and no mention of the issue was made to me is terrible. Nor did we receive any offer to correct this issue, through a discount , reimbursement or etc. We planned on having have fun out of town experience, instead we had to deal with unruly teens disturbing residents throughout the day

The manager Edina charged our room a smoking fee of $250 neither one of us smoke! I talked to her and she was very rude and asked her on what grounds she charged my card and she said I smelled smoke and that's good enough no refund period! I then had the owner call me and he was just as rude saying they had pictures of ashes on the end table (again neither one of us smoke) they sent me the pictures and what I saw was another room because the phone was on the wrong side of the lamp and carpet was completely different color and it looked like someone just dumped a bunch of ashes on the table! Now who would leave that knowing you would be charged! Long story short no refund per the owner! I would not stay here ever again they are scammers and are very rude to their guest. Must need the money and I sure as hell can't afford $ 250 dollars

The place was great. The staff was amazing. Very convenient to the casino however, the only thing I wish they had was a shuttlebus. The reason why we stayed here was not only because the facility was beautiful, but it was close to the casino and thought there would be a shuttle bus to get us back-and-forth. We had to take a Uber Uber both ways. it would’ve been more convenient if the shuttle service was still available other than that we had a great day and enjoyed being there

Loved the stay overall. The pillows were not to my taste though. Didn't realize that I could have called for different ones. Wish there were instructions regarding the heating vents. Didn't sleep well bc of the noise and didn't know how to resolve the issue.

Ran out of toilet paper literally when we got there and for$355 for one night I should of had a whirlpool tub nothing exciting won't spend that again but def. Ok just super overpriced
