Our stay at Hilton Mystic was very pleasant and convenient since it is located right off 95. Room was comfortable. Check in was easy.

Convienient location and beautiful rooms!

Close to mystic and restaurants and right off I95. Hotel staff was friendly and room was beautiful!

Great shuttle service; heating & fans not pleasant

Pros: Pleasant surrounding and super comfortable bedding. Shuttle service to downtown Mystic was such a wonderful addition and unexpected treat.
Cons: Heating and ventilation system not good. Put out cold air before turning to warmer. Did this all evening when heating and no way to shut off fan.
Location: Location was nice. Shuttle to Mystic very important and hope it is always offered. Aquarium close and Village shops ,restaurants.
Overall everything was pleasant except for heating/ventilation system. Staff was a big plus from anyone we dealt with...superior. Would rather have breakfast included in rate, even if a bit higher, instead of having to pay for breakfast....does not seem to fit with my image of a Hilton. Would have enjoyed a bar with light food when you would like to just enjoy the hotel. Seems to be a big minus in overall enjoyment instead of having to travel outside the hotel. Maybe with the upcoming renovation, this may be included.

Excellent hotel in the most convenient location, with very reasonable prices! I'm never disappointed with this hotel!

It was great. Kids loved pool. Just needs a fridge in the room.

Bad service and dirty room

This hotel was not friendly at all won't stay at a Hilton again the room was not clean at all.

ROOM GIVEN TO ANOTHER TRAVELER

We had booked for 2 nights, Stayed the first, went out the next day, When we returned our key didn't work, they ran the key through the computer and when we got into the room, our things were gone and someone else was in the room. They had GIVEN OUR ROOM AWAY. I was not thrilled that they moved our things. They did not have any rooms available so they got us a room at a Marriott the next town over. Will not stay with Hilton again.

Too large except maybe for conventions

Pros: Bathroom was clean.
Cons: Condition of room carpet, corridor walls...
Location: Mystic Seaport
Needs refurbishing. Shows wear on walls and in corridors leading to rooms. Hotel didn't seem any where near full but we had long walk down one corridor, then another long walk followed by another to room. Images of The Shining with Jack Nicholson around next corner. Carpet in bedroom stained.

mystic weeend

The staff is very friendly and helpful. , Our room needed to be refreshed a stained carpet, tv did not work properly, bath tube difficult. The hotel has a great location. Bar wa okay and food was average for a hotel. Buffet breakfast was average and the price reasonable I am a member of Hilton Honors and would have been upset if I paid the Hilton rate that was quoted to me,,
